Ever the Saint, Sir Rog gives new boy Daniel Craig the thumbs up. :D
And reflects on his years at Pinewood studios.

Wow! Usually Connery and Moore have never watched their successor's Bond films for their own reasons. Even Moore didn't catch DAD until he was surfing on the channels and said it was silly.

Glad to hear he enjoyed the film and Craig's performance.

Besides that, I always enjoy reading interviews with Moore, he seems like the kind of guy you could hang out with and have a good time, same with Dalton. Lots of class.

Good old Rog. I'm glad he liked Craig in the role as Bond, and nice to hear him sticking up for Craig too.

He always comes across as a great guy.

Nice find Nash.

Sir Rog is always diplomatic and 'never' say's a bad word against anyone. A true gent if ever there was one.

How good does Sir Rog look in the picture with Madeline Smith. :)

I like Roger Moore's style as a true British gentleman, and I wouldn't expect him to slam anyone.

Except himself. He has been very critical of some of his own movies.

Good old Sir Roger - always true gentleman. But if he really enjoyed CR (and to be honest it isn't impossible) it would be quite strange as he once said that his own AVTAK was too violent for him.
- "Do I look like I give a d**n?"
- You don't. And that's the main problem.

Exactly, it was too violent for his films. He always felt uneasy with scenes such as Loque pushed off the cliff. He doesn't mind Connery and Craig's vicious Bonds but he knows he can't pull them off, hence why he reinvented the role.

I do agree with Moore, as much as we had good scenes like Loque pushed off a cliff, it doesn't really mesh with Moore's approach to the character. It would be like Connery doing a Tarzan yell.
