Re: Frank Sinatra as 007?
Frank thought he was 007 all his movies and tv guest star role I've seen the act like a hard case with nothing to back it up. Then again I grew up in the generation that thought the rat pack was uncool. Listing to his music and others of the sames time over christmas the difference between yesterdays stars and today's is dramatic as frank and the others could sing.
Still I always considered Frank a singer who acted tough like he was a hit man or something.

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

I like Frank Sinatra as both a singer and actor, though i'm also well aware of his connections. But as Bond? No, I don't think he would have fit the role.

Plus, his height is 5'8'', which is way off from the height from both Fleming's and Cubby's.Daltonite Toothpaste wrote:I like Frank Sinatra as both a singer and actor, though i'm also well aware of his connections. But as Bond? No, I don't think he would have fit the role.

Above all else he wouldn't fit the role. Ian Fleming probably like his music as a singer he might of been great for a Bond theme.Daltonite Toothpaste wrote:I like Frank Sinatra as both a singer and actor, though i'm also well aware of his connections.
