Mel Gibson may have incurred the wrath of a former James Bond after taking aim at Timothy Dalton's son in the latest taped rant targetting the boy's mother.
Gibson's reputation has taken a severe lashing after the taped rages were leaked to website RadarOnline.com. On the tapes, a male voice which sounds distinctively like Gibson's can be heard hurling expletives and abuse at his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.
And, in the latest release, he turns on Grigorieva's skills as a mum to Dalton's 12-year-old son Alexander.
He rages, "Look at what you've done, look at your son, he's a f**king mess, you f**king excuse for a mother."
Grigorieva, who can be heard on the tapes, insists she has no idea how the audio got leaked. She and Gibson are currently embroiled in a bitter custody battle over the couple's baby daughter Lucia.
Gibson's legal team has yet to make a public statement about the tapes, but the actor's attorneys insist the audio has been doctored.

Oksana Grigorieva leans on her ex Timothy Dalton for support

As Oksana Grigorieva's custody battle with Mel Gibson gets progressively nastier, she has turned to another ex for support: Former James Bond actor Timothy Dalton.
"He's very good," Grigorieva tells PEOPLE, of Dalton, 66, who is the father of Grigorieva's 12-year-old son, Alexander.
Dalton was seen Friday morning stopping by the Russian singer's Sherman Oaks residence, which is owned by Mel Gibson.
"We raise our son together," Grigorieva said Friday. "He's a good father and they have a very good relationship."
As for how she's faring in the midst of her public wrangling with Gibson, the 40-year-old mother says she and daughter Lucia, 9 months, are both doing "okay."
Grigorieva also insists she didn't release the explosive alleged taped conversations with Gibson or the photo of herself with broken teeth.
"I didn't release anything and I'm not happy with the lies being spread," she says. "But when the court is done with the investigation, then I'll be able to talk."
What are people's thoughts here on boycotting Mad Mel's future movies? Normally, i'm in favour of separating an artist from his work - that is, if I like an actor's movies (for example), it doesn't matter to me if they're not a very nice person or I don't agree with their politics or stuff like that. But domestic abuse crosses a line where even I can't in all conscience continue to support someone's career. I don't think I could watch another Gibson movie without thinking of him as "the guy who broke his partner's teeth".

We don't know what she is saying is true. Not to be too callous she seems like a golddigger. The tapes she says she didn't leak I can't believe her about. They had to come from her somehow. She is fighting him for money and custody of his kid which means more money. She tired to blackmail him for the tapes once before and he couldn't afford them. Mel is crazy I think we all can agree on that, I am sure he was saying all kinds of crazy s**t I am not sure he suddenly became abusive.She could be telling the truth I don't know.
It is easy to boycott an actor when he didn't make a movie for 7 years. His last one with Campbell was pretty good but I wouldn't care if I never saw another new Mel Gibson Movie. I don't think of him as the abusive guy yet maybe when I do it will make his old movies hard to watch.
I had no interest in seeing the last Mel Gibson movie. If I happen upon a Mel movie on TV(it seems like the Mad Max movies are on cable all the time)I will change the channel so fast it is not even funny.
I've never liked Mel Gibson much anyway. I didn't care for the Lethal Weapon franchise and most of his work is forgettable. I'll give him Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior. That was a good one. I quite liked Signs but I can't think of many.
Someone reccomended Signs the other day....I'm gonna give it a miss. Just can't watch any of Mel's movies right now..or probably ever, for that matter.
I haven't watched the lethal weapon series in literlaly 10 years, The patriot I watch every now and then, Brave heart ... I like but haven't watched it in 6 year at least. Passion of the Christ has its own merits but I thought was over done in a few points. Minor quibble
Movies of his liked, man without a face, Forever young, we were soldiers, um.......... one or two others. He was never hero of mine or a star who I followed. It is sad what has happened to him but he did it to himself. I think he is done in hollywood, it was a hell of a fall too!

True, and it's a point that needs to be hammered home to those folks who are trying to turn him into some kind of martyr who is being "persecuted" for having made Passion.

Dalton has been gently telling Grigorieva that Alexander needs to get away from Los Angeles at this time, but the singer is balking -- thinking it will undermine her custody case with Mel over their baby daughter, Lucia. ''Oksana thinks Alexander's departure will appear to give Mel's side ammunition -- proof she's not a fit mother.''
I agree Katied, Alexander needs to live with his father for awhile.

She is being investigated by the sheriff now. One of the judges involved is very angry becuase he was mislead by her lawyers. There is more going on than Mel Gibson talking smack.
NOt going to touch it. the man is hero to many it is hard to see our heroes falling from grace. I wish him well but more than that I want teh children protected and well away from this public drama.
