Ronan joining Brosnan in new movie
Teenage Irish actress Saoirse Ronan is to star opposite Pierce Brosnan and Morgan Freeman in a new family adventure called 'The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the film will be directed by Danny DeVito and tells the story of a young girl who joins a rebellion aboard a ship.
DeVito has written the screenplay for the film, which is based on the book by the author Avi, and shooting will begin in September.

Ronan's other upcoming films include 'City of Ember' and 'The Lovely Bones'.
