Unless it's a name Fleming came up with I don't think anyone should bother. In the grand scheme of things sexually suggestive names are a rarity anyway. There's really only been Pussy Galore, Holly Goodhead, Octopussy and Xenia Onatopp.
Funny thing about the name Vesper Lynd was that it was really a pun on West Berlin given divided loyalties. But in 2006 that pun doesn't really work well, less people likely to pick up on that these days.
I do remember Halle Berry once meeting a fan and the person asked "what's your characters name", Berry replied "Jinx", and the fan retorted "I thought your name would be Cinnamon Buns". Thus the 2000s is the only decade (so far) to not have a sexually suggestive name. I did like the Stephanie Broadchest line, I remember everyone in theater erupting over that.
