He's got a license to kill their economy. Officials in Mexico City are claiming that the crew shooting the new James Bond movie is costing the city some $24 million by shutting down streets and shopping malls, bleeding local business owners dry. Producers sought to offset any loss of profits by paying businesses up to $130 a day, but local officials say the sum is not enough because the filming lasted several days. "The closure of streets and pedestrian malls (in the town) is directly and indirectly affecting more than 6,627 businesses," the local chamber of commerce said.
The upcoming film reboot of the Fantastic BORE looks dreadful and I expect bombs away at the box office. The ,once again, PC casting by another moronic director in Hollywood is pathetic for this pile of rubbish......."Fantastic Four director Josh Trank has opened up on his decision-making behind his seemingly contentious casting, and the grittier tone he's taking with his reboot. Speaking with Empire (via JoBlo), Trank was candid about the casting of Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm aka Human Torch, a white character in the comic books, and a black character in the reboot. While some of the film's detractors are quick to call "political correctness", Trank's reasoning is much more simple: it's the 21st century, and Jordan was the right guy for the role. “I had just come off working with Michael B. Jordan and his character, Steve, in Chronicle had a lot of similar characteristics to Johnny Storm," said Trank. "And I thought it would be interesting to take the family dynamic of the Storms, which is brother and sister, and bring that more into the 21st century in terms of what we consider the norm. I have mixed family in my own family and it’s something that isn’t out of the ordinary anymore but we don’t really see it portrayed in the casual reality of the movies. That’s something I felt that would be interesting and challenging, to have mixed siblings.” TRASH

I don't like the fantastic 4 never have the reason it wasn't more successful last movie series was not the actors or stories . It the f4 are not that interesting . If it flops that will be the reason why, not race .
Looking at the cast im not impressed but they are not the reason I don't care. Jamie bell as the thing, really? Was nobody else on Hollywood available . Was this a role not even Ben affleck would want?
It's this attempt by morons in Hollywood to reinterpret classic characters to create an inclusive hero dynamic with PC BS. It will never work and Elba as Bond is another attempt to spin the conversation to further madness by these losers who produce these films. They actually think Willard from the horrible Footloose remake and bi-racial siblings with special powers will translate into a profit The Fanatastic BORE stunk the first two times so how can this new concept possibly turn a profit? It won't work. Leave things alone

Is it really that hard to give Pierce a really great project? I mean, seriously. Either that or Hollywood is ruining him pretty slowly. He may have really great ones like The Matador or The Ghost Writer, but that still doesn't say much due to them being under radar.

If he likes the role he will take it. As I already said I don't think he cares about the box office. I got the impression that he just likes what he does and doesn't really pick projects by chances for great success. Now his PR management... they might need to do something. Hollywood isn't ruining him either. That could be said in completely other context. I agree that it would be great for him to make a movie that will be a great success a.k.a. like Kingsman.
Off-topic: look at Johnny Depp.. the last time he had a great office success is with "Pirate's of Caribbean". His last few movies weren't great success. But he's doing the fifth movie of "Pirate's" and it's a sure deal that will succeed.

It's great that Pierce does what he loves. Not caring about the box office results is one thing, but does he really care about how well his projects do critically in terms of reviews? If you pay attention, he is not a fan of the Bonds made though he did consider GE As his favorite. That should tell you he cares about how well his Bond films do critically. Maybe it's because it's James Bond. I don't know what he thinks of his non-Bonds critically. Anyway the thing about him having a new beginning and a third career (first and second being Steele and Bond respectively) with projects with massive success critically as financially is to prove that he is not limited to 007 especially when GE is his only classic Bond.

Well he probably doesn't watch them because he doesn't want to watch himself. It's sad really if he thinks he wasn't good as James Bond.
