I love Bond films, always have, and I loved Casino Royale, which I thought was a great Bond film.
Actually, my wife hates Bond films but loved CR, so there may be some truth in that it has reached out to a wider audience this time.

But as for me, a die-hard Bond fan for 30 years, I love Bond films and rate CR the best Bond film of all. Judging from reviews I've read on Mi6, AJB and CBn from other Bond fans, it looks like I'm not alone in this opinion.
How many times have you seen CR?
3 times.

I know how DC felt in that interrogation scene now. 3 times would be torture.

I disagree. Also, it's already lived up to it's expectations, it's not like it hasn't reached the cinema yet, and in my opinion, it passed my expectations and was a great Bond film, were you thinking of a different word?
What Im saying is the hype is over done -the "procraig" talk about CR as if the streets were paved with gold. I know people who went to it because of the hype and were disappointed. CR is not that great a film. –problems with the story -problems with the directing – and yes problems with the acting. I’m not saying it was abad film just "the greatest" and "best ever" are too strong. OHMSS is a good film but not great. –average joes hate it but a large number of fans love it.
Some movies followings grow in appreciation after it released on home video –Batman 1989 for example is not appreciated the same way today.
Make them serious nudes!

You make it sound like your talking for everyone. Many fans left CR feeling like they'd just watched a great Bond film, it's true that some fans didn't like it, as evident by members on this site, but Casino Royale is popular critically and on the fan sites.
Lacking a personality are we?
US, WE??? Could it possibly be my family?
Families are great, try one you might like it, ;)

If you want to talk about critically acclaimed movies there are hundreds that suck.
You don’t seem to recognize people can see CR and not like it for a load of reasons.
