Where is the release date for November Man already? At this rate, they could push it back to January 2015 in the USA.

wish I had known. It'd make the show bearableKristatos wrote:I wish I'd been able to watch the Oscars live just so I could follow the Rifftrax live tweet. I mean, the tweets are still there, of course, but they don't make much sense when not in sync with the broadcast.
One thing I want to say 12 years a slave was obvious choice it was the only one that made white people feel good.
Gravity really didn't deserve all the wins most of the competition was more deserving. I have to admit sandra bullock was looking fine in that movie all slinky and floating around. Maybe that was the fx cause she was looking better than I ever remember her looking. Side note Clooney pissed me he was his annoying usual smug self. Glad he was spaced

Releasing it this November Man suicide because of Chris Nolan's Interstellar, Dumb and Dumber To, and The Hunger Games: The Mockingjay - Part 1. And January 2015 is occupied by The Man From U.N.C.L.E. If you want a 2015 release, there's still room in April.bjmdds wrote:Where is the release date for November Man already? IMBD: November Man (2014) ----Action | Thriller - 13 November 2014 (Netherlands)------Rated R for strong violence including a sexual assault, language, sexuality/nudity and brief drug use----------IMBD has it rated R now but I don't see how they know that yet. If it is released November 13 in the Netherlands, they cannot wait months to release it here. If this truly is R-rated it will cut down on the box office but bring true grit to the Bond-ish character Pierce never got to portray with Broccoli. Wikipedia has the release date as: November Man:

"Like it or not, the "Point Break" remake is still happening. And now Gerard Butler has his screen partner for the 2.0 version of the surftastic duo first embodied by Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves in Kathryn Bigelow's 1991 original. Aussie actor Luke Bracey has joined the film to star as Johnny Utah, Alcon Entertainment confirms to Yahoo Movies. Yup, Bracey will be in Reeves's role, as an undercover FBI agent who infiltrates a gang of thieves by sharing in their love of extreme sports. Bracey will grace the big screen in November's "The November Man," featuring Pierce Brosnan and Olga Kurylenko. The film is an action thriller about a former CIA operative (Brosnan) who comes back into the game to go toe-to-toe with his former protégé (Bracey's part). " (oh brother, another Hollywoodie remake that will bomb HUGE
They just don't get it

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
with that budget probably a lot. It's a smart move almost certain to make money with any kind or release but to release it alone will cost something like $55 million at least that's the kind of money George Lucas said red tails cost him on the us. So if Pierce can find a big studio to partner with it night push the release to a taken robocop kind of daybjmdds wrote:If it ever gets a release date. Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
An asteroid is headed this way. But even though it will come closer than the moon, astronomers say it will pose no danger.
The newly discovered asteroid, called 2014 DX110, will hurtle between the moon and Earth on Wednesday. DX110 will pass an estimated 217,000 miles from Earth.
That's approximately nine-tenths of the distance between the moon and Earth.
The asteroid is an estimated 45 to 130 feet across.
Relatively close approaches like this occur all the time, although DX110 is extra close.

I never knew this------Michael G. Wilson was born in New York City, the son of Dana (née Natol) and actor Lewis Wilson. His father was the first actor to play the DC Comics character Batman in live action, which he did in the 1943 film serial Batman. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI-q_zfb3QY

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
I checked the MPAA website and they confirm it. US ratings are one of the few things I actually trust the IMDb on, as they get their information direct from the MPAA, rather than it being user-submitted like most of the database.bjmdds wrote:IMBD: November Man (2014) ----Action | Thriller - 13 November 2014 (Netherlands)------Rated R for strong violence including a sexual assault, language, sexuality/nudity and brief drug use----------IMBD has it rated R now but I don't see how they know that yet.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
So November Man is an R rated Bond-ish film. Interesting.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Let's hope November Man becomes the Batman Begins of Pierce's career as in Pierce's best film but not highest grossing film of his career just like Bale's first Batentrance being best Batfilm (until his next appearance in battling against the Joker) but not the highest grosser of the Batfranchise.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Bond 24 screenwriter John Logan has suggested that the Skyfall follow-up may re-introduce the Quantum crime organization from Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. Logan was asked if Bond 24 would be as big as Skyfall, to which he replied, “You ain’t seen nothing yet!”
