I've not heard that much of Nancy's other work, tbh. These Boots... and that's about it. Dame Shirley is sometimes let down by poor choice of material. Her voice is totally unsuitable to sing Eleanor Rigby, for example.

Shirley, for sure. I've heard a few of Nancy's songs(Boots, and Some Velvet Morning with Lee Hazelwood).

Nancy Sinatra did a number of songs together with Lee Hazlewood in the 60s, Summer Wine is a great song for example.

And I prefer Nancy myself, I think Shirley Bassey often has a sort of aggressive way of singing that I don't find appealing.

I've also never been a big fan of the Goldfinger theme, even though it's a classic song. I think Shirley did the DAF and MR songs better in that case.
