Yeah, there's a rumour going round that there might be some newer members or potential members left who haven't yet been driven away by the sound of that particular dead horse being flogged.

Given the fact that SF is the biggest Bond film in 47 years, I think you may have a long wait for a 007 movie which doesn't follow in the same vein as SF.
Favorite Bond Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible, Kingsman: The Secret Service and The November Man or any upcoming actioners starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good since it will help him expand his reputation as an actor especially in the action realm)

50 - 100 years, Sweenster? The next Bond actor could a red-head or black.

A more traditional M, addition of MoneyP and Q, yeah I doubt they'll even drop those characters again. More traditional Bond, that's next followed by more traditional plots.
Bond in Craig's three movies diminished the scope of Bond nothing he does is of consequence to anyone but himself.

The Bond franchise is done. We may still represent classic Bond, but it's a BIG waste of time hoping that he will return, especially with this madness. If Babs is crazy with Craig Bond, she might as well diversify the Bond role, making it for everyone to play (regardless of their appearance).

We all wish that was the case, but in reality, just as Thunderball and You Only Live Twice each tried to outdo their immediate predecessor in terms of spectacle, so the next two Bond films are likely to do the same in terms of pretentious talkiness and cheap emotionalism. I give it two films, maximum, before the tediously inevitable revelation that Bond was sexually abused as a child. Don't shoot the messenger, you know it's coming.

Not true, Bolivians to this day are thanking Bond for staving off a threatened increase in their water bills

By a catholic priest perhaps,
As Ian intended.
More seriously TB and YOLT were 40 years ago by a production team long dead, more recent history (GE-QOS) show all a different, distinct lack of follow through. Emofall parts 2&3 or god knows what, team EON under Barbara is capable of either. After all in this story it is the mismanaged MGM who are trying to plan ahead by hiring Logan to pen 2 movies. Not EON. God knows we're they'd find their starting point in 2014 or 2015 if left to their own devices.

maybe he can stop by my flat and do something bout our tap water issues. If he can do half what he did for Bolivia for us I and all my neighbours would be eternally thankful have you seen the price of bottled water? It's criminal

That's precisely my thoughts as well. After Skyfall's massive success, I can only imagine that Bond 24 will be even more artsy and pretentious to try and outdo it. History is repeating itself, but only the complete opposite. Instead of getting too outlandish and silly, the films are getting too artsy and dramatic. Bond 24 could end up being like Moonraker or Die Another Day in that regard.

Then honestly what is the point? I simply can not accept she has poisoned the Bond well ruining Classic Bond, she ruined Ian's Bond starting 2004 when she came into her inheritance, then she shamed her father and Mr Saltzman's series by ridiculing their life's work. However she is only one middle aged woman in a partnership and part of a company who if we are to believe the reports is fighting her on different fronts of the franchise. Her power is not unlimited and Craig will be moving on, I'm not giving up on Bond I disagree vehemently with the current direction, however I still hold out hope for the future and I also know from the history of the series how quickly everything can change.

It's true that DC won't last forever in the role but with him doing more Bonds than Pierce, not to mention SF breaking box office records, beating other blockbusters to a pulp (Twilight, The Hobbit, and even The Bat), and receiving big American award nominations? Forget the classic Bond. If the general public isn't going to separate DC from the original 5 Bonds, send in Sheamus for all I care. If we do need a classic Bond back, Babs The Bitch should be removed from her position, but I doubt she'll be leaving after DC leaves. I don't think she deserves to make a Bond movie with classic Bond actor after what she did when Pierce was Bond by screwing him up. Like I said, she might as well play with the casting of Bond as the role is now for everyone. If a DC Bond can strike a billion at the box office and receives Oscar nominations (technical if not major), why not Bond movies starring Sheamus or Idris as Bond? Babs said she's interest of casting Idris as Bond. You know what? Let's give it to her.
