looking for the title of a Bondlike movie

Hi all,

I am looking for the title of a movie.
It is espionage / acton thriller that tried to be like a James Bond movie.
The actor looked sort of like Bond , he was also a secret agent and quite capable.
unfo I can not remember much more of the movie except that it was alot like Bond movie.
And the Hero could meditate himself into a state where his heart rate was undetactable , he used did to fake his own death and get into the lair of the baddy in coffin.
Can anybody help me with the title ? I think it was 70's movie?

Yes: Our Man Flint (1966) and In Like Flint (1967). The coffin bit was in the first movie. James Coburn was the star. The first movie also has 0008, played by an actor who strongly resembled Connery.
