Pierce Brosnan as Batman/Bruce Wayne in Batman (1989)

Post by FormerBondFan »

What if Pierce starred as the title character in Batman (1989)? Would he still be the 5th Bond as we know today?

In this scenario I doubt he would have been 007.

I would assume Pierce wouldn't continue wearing the cowl after Batman Returns.

I don't think Cubby would hire him with Batman under his belt. It's a different world today and less of a stigma.

I doubt he would have made Batman. Forever and Robin he was either Bond or not by this time.

Besides Pierce, Mad Mel was considered for the title role.

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

At this rate you may as well just throw in Rob (derp de derp) schneider or adam sandler.
