It better do worse than Andy's arachnid. Otherwise, we'll go for some of the wrestlers (as Bond) from the website you showed me.bjmdds wrote:Bond 23 will be done as soon as The Hobbit debuts in Australia in October.

I think Goldust is a perfect candidate for Bond if Bond 23 doesn't get any worse than QOS, especially here in the US.bjmdds wrote:Afa and Sika?

Where's Ms. Bouvier? Back from her secret trip yet? The Cold Light Of Day debuts in the USA in 2 weeks. I am not expecting rave reviews on this one. It only did $10 million worldwide and Henry looks a bit too young for Bond here: http://www.boxofficemojo.com/img/c/cold ... ight02.jpg but Q is now a child so who knows?

Not to me he looks about right for a young captain commander skipper whatever Bond is supposed to be. In a way Dalton and Brosnan looked slightly older than a agent in their prime would be. Talking guys in the field doing the hard jobs.bjmdds wrote:Where's Ms. Bouvier? Back from her secret trip yet? The Cold Light Of Day debuts in the USA in 2 weeks. Then there's Craig, looks like a retired guy who took up MI6 as a hobby.

After grossing $6.5 million at 1,091 locations last weekend, conservative documentary 2016 Obama's America is expanding to 1,750 theaters this weekend. With good word-of-mouth and some targeted marketing during the Republican National Convention, it's possible that the movie gets as high as $10 million over the four-day weekend.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
The Dark Knight Rises added $16 million for a new foreign total of $520 million. Its total in the United Kingdom reached $82.1 million, which makes it the top movie of 2012 (ahead of The Avengers) and the highest-grossing superhero movie ever there. Through today the movie's worldwide total is $960,516,000 and with openings in China on Monday (figures aren't yet available) and Italy on Wednesday the conclusion to Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy should reach $1 billion worldwide in the next few weeks. (FBF, can it top TDK now? If no gunman shooting, it would have I guess for sure. UK liked it more than The Avengers and another reason why Bale could be Bond.)

I won't watch 1 second of that. I have witnessed first hand the destruction left by Tropical storm Barack
for 4 years. If Cr-egg and Oh-bama aren't BOTH fired after this November 6-9 results, it might be time to relocate to Australia if they are accepting new people.

http://www.policymic.com/articles/13205 ... -franchise This person is delusional. Superman will NOT outdo the Bat franchise, right FBF? However, Henry called off his wedding and is available to anyone from Italy
http://uk.omg.yahoo.com/news/sam-mendes ... 39406.html But while Mendes concedes that the new movie is bringing new elements to the Bond franchise, it wasn't intentional.
“There are quite a lot of new things in this movie, but I never had the intention to reinvent the wheel,” he said.
While there's speculation as to whether 'Skyfall' will be Daniel Craig's last input as 007, it sounds as if the British star isn't quite ready to hang up the dinner jacket just yet. (I am sensing Bardem's role involves bi-sexual situations......mark my words on this one)

MOS could outgross BB without any problems.
Even if Bond 23 grosses $570 million worldwide and $166 million in the US, EON would still try to keep DC.“There are quite a lot of new things in this movie, but I never had the intention to reinvent the wheel,” he said.

If that supervillain didn't do that shooting, Rises would have set to beat TDK in the US. Worldwide, it is set to beat its predecessor.bjmdds wrote:(FBF, can it top TDK now? From Box Office Mojo:
Bear in mind, however, that the movie only had a $45 million budget. If it reaches its best-case scenario in North America, it'll still be doing pretty well.Dredd is the second attempt at bringing the popular comic book character to the big screen following 1995's Judge Dredd, which earned just $34.7 million and is generally disliked (5.1 rating on IMDb). This new incarnation received good word-of-mouth out of a screening at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, though that's preaching to the choir. The model for violent, R-rated niche comic book adaptations, from a box office perspective, is 2010's Kick-Ass: fanboy interest got the movie to $19.8 million on its opening weekend, though it quickly petered out at $48.1 million. Those figures are probably the best-case-scenario for Dredd.

The reboot looks good enough for you to purge all the bad memories of Stallone Dredd having his mask off.Kristatos wrote:From Box Office Mojo:

There has already been hints and suggestions that Skyfall is taking a few nods from Fleming's last novel, TMWTGG. Bardem is sporting the blonde barnet which ties in with Fleming's description of Scaramanga (from what I remember), and if there are a few bisexual nods too, this again ties in with Fleming's novel, which had homosexual undertones.bjmdds wrote: (I am sensing Bardem's role involves bi-sexual situations......mark my words on this one)
