Look on the bright side. If it wasn't for Batman & Robin, we wouldn't have Chris' Battrilogy. I don't know about you, but it's best to watch Georgie's Bat just for laughs to see how STUPID it really is.
FBF, what the heck were they thinking with that film? Clooney in that cowl was a joke :!: Horrible film. I'd rather watch Swayze's Road House over Batman And Robin. That Arnold role, and Robin and Batgirl, was ridiculous and Bane driving a car uttering moronic syllables?   Razzie all the way.

That film was better than Clooney's but I wanted a serious Riddler for once, not Carey's take on it.

Val Kilmer made a good Batman, but it was still un film de Joel Schumacher. Not as bad as Batman and Robin, though.

The Great Gatsby has been moved to Summer 2013 (not that I ever saw it keeping Skyfall out of the year-end top 10, since its original release date was Christmas, meaning it would have to have done Avengers numbers to achieve that).

Speaking of our Rebellion friends this holiday season, how well will Tom Cruise's Jack Reacher do at the box office? Many fans of Reacher's stories derided Tom's casting.

Batman/Bruce Wayne is still a dark character in Forever.

I had honestly never heard of this character before. How well-known is he?

Jack Reacher is main character in Lee Child's book series. Tom Cruise's film is based on One Shot, the 9th book of the series.

He said it was the greatest feeling in the world to dress up as batman when children were visiting the set. A lot of actor don't want to bother with Kids nice to know a few care.
By the time Clooney got the role it was going donw hill fast I don't know I blame him for it.

Joel and Val did not get along well.

The Bat went downhill when Joel Schumacher took over.

Kilmer has a reputation for being difficult to work with, it's why he never became the A-list star that he could have been. Clooney's performance was pretty bad (and I normally like him as an actor), but it's way down on my list of what's wrong with Batman & Robin.

All of the Batman movies from the 90s were pretty bad. Keaton was lousy as Bruce Wayne, Kilmer and Clooney looked the part as both Batman and Wayne but the movies had gone off the rockers. I see Keaton as a Craig type of Bruce Wayne one that will be pretty much forgotten when a new Bond is announced. The only reason his Batman movies did anything was Batman was the key figure not Wayne.

BTW the Blu-ray 90s Batman movies are OOP, I looked up Forever after it was mention here, not available for under $60 new and $23 used  F' I should have bought the series over the last year or two when they were on clearance. WB and a few others are starting to follow Disney's movie model, leave them out for a year then recall them. Smart it drives up demand.

IIRC, Kilmer turned down the chance to make a 2nd Batman film in order to make The Saint.

ttp://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2012/08/09/dallas-finale-garners-4-3-million-total-viewers-ratings-rise-in-all-key-demos/144462/ Dallas scored big on TNT. It's my favorite cable show. As Spider-Kid makes it's meteoric descent now out of the top 10 into oblivion tomorrow, was it worth it firing what worked at $890 million in 2007 for a dismally compared box office total of only $679,868,504 in 2012, with 3-D and Imax? What a joke. Prediction realized for this turkey in the USA. Overseas box office tells me how junk sells everywhere if people spend money to see a talking lizard in a lab coat :!:

Report: Kristen Stewart drops out of new movie
Aug. 9, 2012, 7:07 PM EST
WENN

Kristen Stewart has reportedly dropped out of plans to star in director Nick Cassavetes' new romantic drama.

The "Twilight" star, who has suffered a media and fan backlash after confessing she cheated on boyfriend Robert Pattinson with married director Rupert Sanders last month, had been due to romance Alex Pettyfer in forthcoming film Cali -- but she is said to have quit the project.

An article on GossipCop.com suggests Amber Heard is being considered as her replacement. An official announcement is expected to be released later this week.

Stewart shocked Hollywood when she admitted to an "indiscretion" with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Sanders. The revelation appears to have ended her three-year relationship with Twilight co-star Pattinson after moving vans were spotted outside the Los Angeles home they shared.

Here BJ:
It brings up some of the stuff Nick was talking about Vis-a-vis Bourne and re-branded Bond.
The Bourne Legacy – review

Jeremy Renner out-toughs Matt Damon in the fourth Bourne installment, and parkour fans will be delighted. But is the franchise already outmoded?
3 out of 5
Seems Jeremy has won some fans out there sadly they heap accolades to smash the movie. Reminds me of almost every review of a D.Craig movie, this movie is sooo bad yet not the fault of wooden faced non leading man Daniel. ;)
