The question is about not whether Nothing Special will gross lower than MI4 BUT whether it will gross lower than both CR and QOS (US, international, and worldwide).

Photos of ours (NOT) truly on set in Surrey. But the comic relief is provided by two things A)It's just jared having the photos and B)they say the photos are on set and he is outside the villlain's lair, that reportedly is called "SKYFALL LODGE". Bahahahah is this a joke??

http://www.justjared.com/2012/03/13/dan ... in-surrey/

As you can see, the Craigster has the usual constipated/pouty expression that James Bond never had until he arrived.
Is that a porno lodge for swingers or the name of Bond's barber shop in the film?
OMG I can't stop laughing   just HOW do you come up with the stuff, BJ?!

How do THEY come up with the stuff, too? I want the name of their pusher, the stuff must be d**n good. SKYFALL LODGE?!? that is the name of the villain's LAIR as they say on Just Jared? It's humiliating enough for a respectable movie to be spoiled on Just Jared but for them to even have such spoilers? I sincerely hope this is just wrong, though it doesn't seem likely seen as they had photos and PRINTED information coming from someone close to production. Good Lord, when I think we can't sink lower with this movie, we get Blond Bardem in Dubious Disguise and the SKYFALL LODGE.

Bardem will be sorry he took this role. He looks like one of the "wooden soldiers" http://www.hollywoodgothique.com/wp-con ... yland7.jpg in that policeman's outfit, http://comingsoon.net/nextraimages/bond-bardem-001.jpg from Laurel and Hardy's classic film I love, but the toymaker painted blond hair onto his head. EVERYTHING is humiliating in this film :!:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1Kiboqw_0g

The picture of Craig on the right reminds me of Paddy Ashdown for some reason.

http://www.metro.co.uk/film/893094-skyf ... -in-surrey Bond 23 helicopter footage. The buildings look so fake and the backdrop looks like it's from a gravesite in a horror film like the Wolfman. Cr-egg's comments are laughable about why he had to really consider the Bond role, after all this time. Here is the Bond car too: http://bitcast-a-sm.bitgravity.com/slas ... ll-set.jpg http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/03/ ... 34x543.jpg What happened to exotic tropical locales too? http://comingsoon.net/nextraimages/2skyfall-new-005.jpg

'The names on the headstones are Robert Bond, Celia Bond, Valentine Bond, Kathleen Bond, Andrew Bond and Monique Delacroix Bond. The latter two (same headstone) ‘tragically departed’ according to the inscription.
'On Robert and Celia’s headstones, the writing is very faint, but reads “who died here at Skyfall Glencoe”. There are three stones on the wall of the chapel. One is for Ramsay William Bond, his wife Magaret Jean Davidson Bond, and their daughter.

http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/03/ ... 34x468.jpg According to reports, following an attack on London, Bond takes M back to his ancestral home in Glencoe, Scotland - which Bond creator Ian Fleming stated as Andrew Bond's village of birth as part of Bond's obituary in the You Only Live Twice novel - also known as the Skyfall estate. The estate includes a chapel and graveyard, where many generations of the Bond family are buried: other headstones include Valentine Bond, Robert Bond, Celia Bond and Kathleen Bond.

A few of those names might even ring bells for those of you who are uber-mecha-super-ultra Bond nerds: Ian Fleming's father was called Valentine; his grandfather was called a banker called Robert, while his brother, a respected travel writer called Peter, was married to Celia Johnson, star of Brief Encounter. Kathleen Bond could be inspired by a number of people, including Kathleen Pettigrew (the real-life Moneypenny) or Kathleen Kinmouth Warren, daughter of Admiral John Godfrey (the real-life M). There could of course be a Kathleen in Fleming's family I'm unaware of. So "Skyfall" is Bond's family abode. Just great. Tombstones and cemeteries and a morose goblin as Bond. This must be the 'psyche' exploration phase of the film for Mendes, aside from the UK government being bad and M being fired. Yes indeed, it's really shaping up to be the anti-MI:4. This will be the poorest box office showing to date of Cr-egg's Bond eggs. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2012/03/ ... 34x469.jpg The family chapel of Bond.

MI:4's biggest foreign markets are Japan ($69 million) and China ($66 million). Cruise is huge there it seems.

I don't think it is Cruise, I think it is MI. Cruise last few movies bombed hard everywhere I think the style of MI-4 gave audiences what they wanted.

Skyfall, aka, the house that Bond built, looks like a real snoozer, be it in Japan, the UK, or in the USA. The building is doubling for the Bond family mansion -- a huge estate up in the Highlands of Scotland."
Bond fans are a little closer to understanding the new movie’s title this week.

Skyfall has been filming at a replica mansion that’s been painstakingly built in a park in Surrey. The building is doubling for the Bond family mansion -- a huge estate up in the Highlands of Scotland, complete with the graves of 007’s ancestors.

The estate’s title: Skyfall.

This chimes nicely with the movie’s theme of the past coming back to haunt, as Dame Judi Dench’s M is confronted by the fallout from a previous mission.

Why not just film at a real mansion? Well, this one looks set to undergo some "revolutionary exterior decoration" care of the movie’s main villain, Raoul Silva, as part of his deadly campaign of terror that will see him target double-Os.

Bond fans also finally stole a sneak peak at 007’s new nemesis this week -- and he’s certainly not the sort of blonde bombshell Bond’s used to dealing with. Instead, actor Javier Bardem was snapped sporting a blonde wig and a cop uniform (Silva goes disguised as part of his deadly mission).

The uniform will allow him to slip under MI6’s radar and -- most likely -- plant an enormous bomb at MI6 HQ.

The effects of Silva’s explosive efforts could also be seen later on, as Daniel Craig was spotted battered, bruised and debris-brushed as they filmed the aftermath of the destruction. Although we think Silva’s next target should probably be whoever gave him that wig.

Skyfall opens in November.

I haven't seen the original. so I have no preconceptions about this. Burton is getting very stale and predictable these days, though. For my money, Ed Wood is still his best film by a mile.

Al qaeda are wasting their time with their elaborate bomb plots. All they need to do is go to a fancy dress shop and hire a policeman's uniform and a wig and they can walk into MI6 HQ and blow it up.

http://bestmoviesevernews.com/wp-conten ... hplace.jpg So this is what Bond 23 is all about? Destroying Bond's family estate. It looks like the road Dorothy was on running home in the Wizard Of Oz. Oh brother. The green vegetable and her saber toothed step brother have lost their minds. The 50th anniversary of the franchise is based on cemetery themes? :x

"Smoker ... Javier Bardem
It took props specialists months to painstakingly construct the fake lodge.

They have only one shot at destroying the work of art for the movie and production staff are concerned Javier's fag habit could spark a premature end to their expensive prop.

A source said: "Javier loves his cigarettes and is always smoking on set to pass the time.

"The Skyfall lodge has been built in a field with some pretty dry grass, though.

"It wouldn't take much for one of his butts to catch alight.

"They've had a word with him and he keeps well away now when on a smoke break."

Any excuse to hide from grumpy Daniel Craig and his face like a Costco salami (©Bob Mortimer)." (What a description of Cr-egg. ) http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sh ... yfall.html

You think general audience is going to ignore Bond 23 COMPLETELY, BJ?

Again, Bond's past should be left a mystery, and yes, his family history was briefy mentioned in GE.
