Shu Qi new Bond girl?

It is Commander 0077 reporting FD after missing in the sea of Japan for many years. After DC became the ooof, aggh, new Bond, my heart was not in it; however, I have not been shaken and shall be returning once again as Commander 0077 Again (having forgotten my password as Commander 0077, but rest assured it is the same Cmdr, resurrected).

Just want to newsout that it's possible Shu Qi, the Taiwanese hottie may be the next Bond girl, or semi-Bond girl, as anyone opposite DN would not be playing opposite Bond, of course. In any case, Tiffany, she's got it. She was the girl in the first Transporter, and I've seen her in a few Chinese flix, she has a good acting range plus the usual parts in order. She's in the front running, and she's supposed to be brushing up on her English. Maggie Q would also be a got banco.

A little history .... I quit a mainline Bond site after DN was chosen, as they approved of him. Nice guys, and it was sad to say goodbye; but one must stick to guns, etc. I've never paid to see a DN film, but have seen on DVDs. They are good action stuffies, but not Bond by a long or short shot. He's a former SAS guy, not a naval commander ..... Donald the Pleasance would have been a better choice, as they look similar, but DP has more wit.

I remember her from Transporter not to take anything away from her she is sort of tame for a Bond girl. But the last 2 films were not example a great casting either if she is cast she could be a big improvement.

As for the rumour she won't be bond girl, danielle's already shown he has a knack for wearing womens clothing so expect him to play a few roles in this film.

I don't see many sources for this, just a few blog posts detailing a short list of possible Asian candidates. As with everything else, it's a case of wait and see prior to the press conference next Thursday,
