He could do 3 Bond films right now. He looks great and 10 years younger than his age. Broccoli is a bum!Ale wrote:That's an understatement. He was by far the best-looking man there. Hands down. He wasn't actually invited, he was planning to crash the stage as the Best Picture award was announced and give his acceptance speech for QOS, but security ejected him before he could carry out his plan. He's currently receiving treatment at a nearby psychiatric facility, it's very sad.katied wrote:Could have sworn I saw MG Wilson in the audience at the Oscars.

Charlie Sheen has become the best stay off drugs promotion anyone could ever have imagined. See this frying pan, see this egg, see Charlie over there ranting on like he makes sense. Any Questions?
I don't watch these shows what's the verdict on the awards? I heard Portman won and that is disappointing because she has a stick figure and she still owes me money for the cash I spent to see the prequels. So does Christensen but he's landed on harder times. If you are reading this Christensen, Takers sucked!

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Makes sense. For awhile I have come here to find out the news, sometimes what the news means then go back to some of the internet movie chat forums out there to see what they make of it. Two weeks later they are beside themselves trying to explain it while people here already know the why behind it. Fanboys believe because they are fanboys, if they question information they are being feed they stop being fanboys.Too scary to leave the comfort of their click.Ale wrote:Remember what we were discussing a couple of weeks ago and last week? Babs is fighting with everyone, especially with MGM, and the situation is very tense. Also, there still is no freaking deal in sight for either the distributor OR the needed 50-50 production partner. But of course everything's going GREAT and speedy for Bond 23.Someone made the point at the Alternative 007 forum, it is worth repeating 'what happened to all the Bond 23 news?'
Everything has suddenly gone quiet. Are there Germans above hunting them with sonar?

In case Henry is to busy with Superman howabout Clive Standen.
He is 29 currently starring in the new Camelot series, played Robin Hoods brother and is rumoured to be in Pirates 4.
Just a thought.

I must say Clive Standen is not a bad idea at all... Cavill is of course the no.1 choice, but this guy could be a replacement if Henry can't make it (which hopefully won't be the case).

Looked up IMDB, and if I must say, he looks classic enough. Also, he's 6'2'', which is a definite plus. However, his eyes are green. As for the 7th Bond, he should not only traditional but also 6'2'' and blue eyes.buffybond wrote:In case Henry is to busy with Superman howabout Clive Standen.

Not to nitpick but Connery had brown eyes and Standen could wear blue contacts if it means that much, but hey Iam glad you all like him though.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Green eyes are fine. The guy definitely looks like a good alternative in case Henry Cavill is too busy. I of course hope they manage things well enough for this not to happen, but in case it does, this guy really provides a good alternative, better than anyone else I've seen suggested so far.buffybond wrote:Not to nitpick but Connery had brown eyes and Standen could wear blue contacts if it means that much, but hey Iam glad you all like him though.
