Rocky 5  sums up the Craig experience.Riding around in my Mustang clipping people no problem Eon can do that for a few hundred grand.Bond 23 can be shot in shaky cam over spring break.MGM is saved!

Nobody likes QoS and when anyone ask what they think about a new Bond movie being made everyone says OKAY but go back to the old style. Then Eon says guess what we are going to make a darker Bond. After the fall out from Revenge of the Bondi we are not going to see a new Bond for years because BOND WILL BE DEAD!

Well let's hope that won't be the case, since we DO want to see the guy I FINALLY have in my avatar (thank you Goldeneye and Carl  ) as Bond... I refuse to end my Bond romance that's lasted a lifetime with someone who's NOTHING like Bond should be! (see photo above... even though that's a particularly tragic one even for him )

When Craig's next masterpiece is released it will be ten years since the last normal Bond movie.

The King's Speech and Colin Firth both will win the Oscar Sunday. The Social Network has elevated Jesse Eisenberg since his Adventureland days with Kristen Stewart but his film won't win. Fincher will win the director Oscar and Bale will win the supporting actor Oscar. Will Portman beat out Annette Bening?

Firth is definitely going home with the Oscar. The King's Speech was a *incredible* movie.

I remember seeing 'Taken' it was a really good film, and Liam Neeson really looked the part in the fights and action scenes.

Regarding 'Seagal'........there always seems to be one of his films on UK TV each week, and the plots to all his films are very similar.........i.e. bad guys kill his mates or family or work friends, and he gets upset and goes hunting down the bad guys.
I trust EON will never upset him?

Pierce should do something like Taken if not an unofficial Bond.

I respect Liam Neeson a lot as an actor but I don't think he's got the Bond looks at all. I think he lacks the style and charm as well. And he's also too old to take over at this point. That said, anyone who thinks Craig ruined Bond (which he did) has my vote obviously. We can differ over who should take over, but it's clear we're on the same boat. Obviously Cavill is the ideal option for me, but if they went for someone older, I can only see Hugh Jackman really fitting. I had a thought for a moment about Paul Blackthorne as he's such a terrific actor, but he'd be better as the bad guy. He always plays the SOB on TV, and he does that very well. So he could be baddie no.2 in my ideal Bond movie. No.1 being Djimon Honsou. Djimon Honsou is Kung-Fu trained... he's done it for a lot of years, so he could ACTUALLY be a villain who sets up a good fight with Bond and doesn't necessarily need henchmen. He did great when he had fighting scenes on Alias. Even used swords, machete and all that.

He can and he should but he has to find the right movie. Finally he has got the credit he deserves for his acting chops to bad The Ghost Writer is up for an Oscar.

The only ones who can provide the goods of action flicks worthy for Pierce are Tarantino, Chris Nolan, and Luc Besson. But there may be more out there, and Pierce should definitely stay away from the likes of Michael Bay and McG.

You beat me to it ;) Oh well beggars can't choosers. I know Carl had his eye on this one, if he does want it I'll graciously relinquish it.
Besides it is a Dr Who avatar, well technically. Well I say technically......
