Sherlock was a good programming. The series kept up the pace set by the first show, hover James Moriarty was a let down. They went for a manic John Simm's The Master style of mastermind. Not sure that works.

I always imagine Moriaty to look like the one in Star Trek TNG who kept taking over the holodeck!

Did you know that Sherlock's mum was in UFO and many other cult shows?

Exactly so. Maybe the new Moriaty is false Moriaty, plot twists and all of that.

Wanda Ventham! God I loved her. She was in nearly everything I liked to watch. She was in Doctor Who 'Time and the Rani', most recently Lewis second series I believe, an episode 'Randall & Hopkirk' and Midsomer too.

Yeah-I thought they had already aired the episode where Phil died already.

Looking forwards to The Glades on A&E tonight.

My brother and his wife are loaning me the first season of The Tudors.. Can't wait.
The milked it to the last show. 4 or 5 weeks of phil is dying, Phil is about to die, phil is dead.

Ice Read Truckers is worse every preview, hell every commercial break they make it look like a disaster is about to happen.

We have kind of gotten it to River Monsters

Hardcore Pawn on TruTV. Similar to Pawn Stars but in Detroit.

L.A. Ink on TLC. More drama than anything else this season, unfortunately. :cuss:

Obsessed on A&E and Animal Hoarders on Animal Planet.

Animal Hoarders is scary, and sad. Don't care much for Ink or pawn shows.

Ice Road turckers is coming to close, can't belive that guy was such a jerk about ALex. And alex digs him out after he (whats his face) crashes in teh snow bank, like a good christian, not just A christian but a decent human being.

Watched the first hour of a 2-hour special on the National Geographic Channel about Hurricane Katrina called Witness:Katrina. It was told from the point of view of people videoing what was going on before, during and after Katrina.

I find some of the footage difficult to watch with all those poor people trapped and without food or water. The documentaries on the topic are interesting though.

I seriously can't imagine living through that and not being emotionally scarred in some way. I have family who live in Baton Rouge(about an hour and a half from New Orleans). They are lucky enough to have a house in St. Francisville(another 90 or so miles up the road) and even that isn't far enough to get away from hurricanes.

The new Hawaii Five O with Alex O'Loughlin. It's a lot better than I thought it was going to be!

No, he's not, but he's better served on Hawaii Five O than he was on Three Rivers(a medical drama from last season that died a death) or Bond. I don't think he's really Babs' type, anyways!

I heard that Hawaii Five O is a big hit.

I watched The Event. I'm not sure about it. It seems to be a mixture of Heroes, Lost and 24.

I actually was skeptical about Hawaii 5 O at first but it's great.

I love Top Gear(my 14-year old nephew got me into it).

My niece goes to college nearby-the campus shuts down for the Thanksgiving break--but while she was at my mom and dad's house I got her hooked on Sherlock. She loved all 3 of the episodes.

I'm currently watching V (the reboot version). I didn't have the chance to watch the series when it was aired due to my busy schedule with school, but I finally a got chance to watch the rerun episodes on New Years Day, and I just finished the 1st episode of season 2. Now I really can't wait to wait to see more of those upcoming episodes.

Have you watched the original mini series? Simply classic television.

I have watched a few episodes of the new version and find it a trifle bland compared to the original.
