Book-only characters: who would you cast?

I'm reading FRWL at the moment, and Ian Fleming's description of the uptight Captain Troop made me think that if he were ever to appear in a Bond film, he should be played by Richard Griffiths, basically reprising his role as Uncle Vernon in the Harry Potter films. Who would you cast as some of the other characters to appear in Fleming's books, but not in the films? Characters like Ronnie Vallance and Loelia Ponsonby. Thoughts, anyone?

I actually have an actress in mind for her, but I can't remember who she is! I can see her face as clear as day, but I can't remember her name, or what I've seen her in. It's very frustrating.
