What's with M. Night Shyamalan these days? His movies are getting worse after his classic The Sixth Sense.Dr. No wrote:We took all the kids (ours and those with us at family get together) to The Last Air Bender. Nobody was happy with it. The kids were excited about from the cartoon on Nic. I don't know hope they don't make the sequels:(

The Sixth Sense was awesome after that his movies got stupid. I gave up on him years ago. Can't imagine how he got Avatar what an awesome story! I have never seen a film as badly panned. Part of me wants to go and part of me is afraid it is as bad as everyone says.

The Girl Who Played With Fire, based on the Stieg Larrson book. Very faithful to the book. They only changed a few things and they were fairly minor.

Nobody Runs Forever. It's a film made in the 1960's about an Australian policeman who has to arrest the Australian High Commissioner in London. Rod Taylor plays the Australian policeman and gives a very Bondian performance looking like a cross between Connery and Lazenby.

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief on DVD. Pierce was pretty good as Professor Dumblehorse.

Bullet To Beijing, a 1996 Harry Palmer film.
It was made for TV and reminded me of a Cannon film! It was still watchable but no where near as a good as the 1960's Palmers.

Re: The Last Movie You Watched
Tired to watch the Losers last firday night (late), Heard it was like the A-team, maybe better. I can say it was inspired by the A_team no doubt. but god it sucked. I coudln't bring myself to finish it. It was that bad.
The Losers "Hannibal" was a guy who looked like the Brother from everybody loves Raymond, the villain was something Mr bean's Johnny english would have laughed at. Bad all the way around, the name fit it like a glove.
