Really? I never noticed this at all.....Capt. Sir Dominic Flandry wrote:I found it somewhat jarring that Craig's fake tan/mascara/ hair dye combination changed from scene to scene, leaving me to suspect that they tried to patch him up and look respectable before filming.
What was the worst bit in Casino Royale for you?

What was the worst bit in Casino Royale? I think my worst bit was the 2 hours and 24 minutes of movie time where Daniel Craig made his appearance and spoilt our appetite.
However, one good point: no matter how ugly a guy may be, at least in Britain, he can still make it into the film industry. Would never work in the US.

Ha, ha! That's funny! Well, in my case I would probably vote for Tom Cruise. Me and my friends don't really get the 'sexy' votes for this guy.Kristatos wrote:*cough* John Travolta *cough*londonium wrote:However, one good point: no matter how ugly a guy may be, at least in Britain, he can still make it into the film industry. Hm, well I started by posting why I did not find Craig suitable, which was just my personal opinion. Someone started with personal insults, so naturally I had to respond. And then the whole Nerd Gang started japping back after that. The Sweeney wrote: Either that, or the way you were expressing yourself.....
I noticed they had a history of this behaviour so I guess one has to accept it as 'normal'!

I've been slaughtered at the MI6 forum. The Nerds Headquarters, as I call it! I thought Craig was not the best option to play Bond and that did not go down well with them... LOL!

Well you are in good company here. Feel free to shout out from the forum rooftops that Craig is the ugliest man on the planet.....if it makes you feel any better!londonium wrote:Hm, well I started by posting why I did not find Craig suitable, which was just my personal opinion. Meanwhile, Bond 22 rolls on in production with Craig as Bond, after raking in more money worldwide than DAD made. Oh, and apparently quite a few critics like him too. Oh, and he got nominated for a few awards also. Oh yes, and quite a few women polls are stating him to be the sexiest man alive.
But you shout off all you want, dear. People on here are willing to listen you, if no one else is....
Well, a handful of women from his hometown feeling pity for him and voting for him don't reflect the entire female population. I have some doubts about the validity of all of it!The Sweeney wrote: Well you are in good company here. He was mooted as a potential Bond some years ago, but said he wasn't interested. He must be getting on a bit now, surely, it was before Brosnan got the role that he was being talked about.londonium wrote:Hey, what do you guys think of Jeremy Northam as a potential Bond? I think he may be able to pull it through. Saw him in Possession.

Well you keep doubting it if it makes you feel better. I'm sure Craig will console himself with his millions over the harrowing thought that Londonium thinks he is ugly, and the magazine polls are lying.londonium wrote:Well, a handful of women from his hometown feeling pity for him and voting for him don't reflect the entire female population. How will he live with himself, knowing Londonium doesn't like him....
?? You must be directing your sarcasm about someone like yourself. What Craig or anyone else likes or don't like really makes no bloody impact on my life nor do I think in that way. My nephew met Craig. I could have met him too, but was not interested. The Sweeney wrote: How will he live with himself, knowing Londonium doesn't like him....
