You do nothing but apologize for the "elite"(and they are an "elite")over there.You're not going to win us over.Why would we post on a board where we're viewed as being inferior?

We see MI6 for what it really is.Jr. high school all over again.And it's a shame.If they got their collective doo doo together and actually had mods that could do a passable job,then it might be a place worth posting at.It certainly isn't that way right now,IMO.

No, you're just thick headed because MI6 was unwilling to ban Thrice, even though warning him actually worked by shutting him up.

I don't have to apologize for MI6 since they did nothing wrong.

There are decent members on MI6 that I respect that clearly have enough intelligence to decipher themselves that people can be critical of Daniel Craig's performance and CR without being a 'Brosnan Fanboy'. Even on this forum 'Anti-Craigers' have a variety of different issues with either the film or Daniel Craig.

I respect most people's opinions (apart from maybe a few over at MI6, who had a sly dig at me

) even if they differ from my own.

There are lots of places to discuss James Bond. I don't think the James Bond internet world revolves around MI6.co.uk.

I see that the DanielCraigisnotBond related thread on MI6 has been moved to a section where no one will see it.

Typical MI6.co.uk censorship.

Hey, people have digs at some of my Bond preferences all the time, but it doesn't bother me. It's all in good fun.

I mean when it comes to James Bond there is so much to talk about and so many aspects of the series, that having everyone agree is impossible. Then again if everyone agreed it wouldn't be much of a discussion forum would it.

Oh that's true. There are plenty of places to discuss James Bond. Of course MI6 gets a lot of the attention because it's got a lot members. If I came off as some sort of missionary trying to get you to convert to MI6 I apologise, that isn't what I meant. What I meant was that these two sites shouldn't hate each other so much because it creates unneeded rivalry/hatred/divisions. We're all Bond fans are we not? As two seperate communities there should be less hate going around, with differences of opinions put aside.

You and I both know that it was moved because a. clearly CnB isn't dead. and b. Even if it was...that's not news!

If there was censorship at MI6 I think thrice would have been banned a long time ago instead of being given chance after chance.

No,it doesn't.They seem to think that acting like their doo doo doesn't stink is normal behavior.

It's a core group of posters that have posted there for a long time

.And the mods aren't much better.MI6's mods do what I lovingly call a "half a*ssed" job.They give me a warning for bypassing their spam filter but I see people using the same word I did and they don't get a warning.Very random, and very disturbing.

But katied seems very mad. Except for being annoyed at thrice and some mods, I don't know why she has written about this for months. And I remember last Fall seeing her post here about MI6 when she was not *as* mad.

It doesn't matter tho. Seems like there are nice people on both sites.

And I don't care if nobody here wants to join MI6. It's a shame that we can't get a long but what can I say... Yeah, of all things MI6 is in desperate need of members! It's the one thing that forum lacks..it's members!
