Only a prize idiot could play Hugh Grant. Hmmmm.....stockslivevan wrote:I was thinking Hugh Grant.
"Oh- Darn it! Whoops, I'm sorry to be rude. But I was uh wondering if you could not wear shoes with high heels?"

DC is a good actor, but even he wouldn't be able to pull that one off.
“I'd like to thank the Royal Marines for bringing me in like that and scaring the s--- out of me,” Bond Hardman Daniel Craig.

During the conference, one of the medias questions about QOS was the budget for the film. BB would only reveal that the the budget was too high.
I have heard though from even Craig himself on the matter, that the budget is around $200 mil (dont know if that includes marketing costs!!),
but either way that is a heluva lot of 'broccoli's'........................the larger
number of action set pieces has obviously bumped up the costs of the film
compared to CR (even though no one has given out the true costs for that film.........i did contact some media sources, but the info was variable).
Anyway, what it means, is that Sony must be very confident that QOS will deliver huge returns at the boxoffice worldwide.

Craig is one foot shorter than Roger Moore (second shortest Bond) yet it still has to be a big deal for you BJ?bjmdds wrote:She's 5'9" tall by the way. It seems they have to cast short actors to complement Craig's stature. Look at this fact at all of the upcoming scenes.

And I doubt they would ever hire a Bond girl taller than any Bond actor. So it's not like EON is suddenly focusing on a Bond girl's height more than they have before Craig stepped in.
Roger Moore was 6'2 according to Cubby Broccoli in his book. Craig does look like a shortarse in crowd scenes and the like. He wouldn't have passed Cubby's 'height test'. *
*See the documentary on the Live and Let Die DVD.

Then I guess that makes Brosnan the second shortest.007 wrote:stockslivevan wrote:Craig is one foot shorter than Roger Moore (second shortest Bond) yet it still has to be a big deal for you BJ?bjmdds wrote:She's 5'9" tall by the way.
