I’m on YouTube a lot as I may have mentioned before and one of the suggestions for me to watch was The Day After. Oh man.I remember watching that back in the day..”scarred/traumatized for life” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Watch the Beverly Hillbillies on the MeTV channel and laugh instead of being scared. Watch The Andy Griffith Show also on the Sundance, MeTV and TV Land channels for more fun.
I have a BritBox subscription so that I can watch old British TV. Mostly SF and fantasy: Doctor Who, Space 1999, The Prisoner, Hitchhiker's Guide etc. Unfortunately, the site has been down for the last couple of days.
"He's the one that doesn't smile" - Queen Elizabeth II on Daniel Craig
Amazon has britbox, acorn, and another British streaming service I can’t recall right now.
Starz with amazon has some old cartoons we watched as kids and decent movies.
We switched to Sling last year got rid of direct tv, bill kept getting higher and we were paying for channels we never watched. Sling has its flaws but their online integration with most of the channels make it easy to stream past seasons or recent shows we missed.

There is a British version Threads made in the 1980s. Don't watch it as it is even grimmer!
