It doesn't really tell us anything we didn't already know. But thanks for posting.

Very doubtful since they died with Lois Maxwell and Desmond Llewelyn. Their successors Caroline Bliss, Samantha Bond and John Cleese were utter failures and we don't need to find yet another actor or actress to try to recapture the 23 to 36 years of their legacy.

It is very hard to replace iconic characters like Lois Maxwell and Desmond Llewelyn but I'm sure there are actors and actress that could make a good Q and Moneypenny.

Q and Moneypenny were major parts of the franchise for me. To dismiss their characters is a shame, but I suppose the new style would not suit their returns.

The Q character's main role was to introduce a new gadget and now that 'Gadgets' seem to have been abandoned, it would appear that he will probably not return anytime soon.

Haggis's Bond will be in need of therapy from Sigmund Freud at this rate. Who cares about Bond's inner most thoughts? More predictable events will follow when this film is finally produced. As Dorothy said to Toto, "I have a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore? That seems to sum up Broccoli/Haggis/Forster's view of what a James Bond movie is all about. :?

As someone said on the Alternative007 forum tonight, they might as well get rid of M too given how tedious Dame Judi is in the role. I thought John Cleese was funny as Q but God forbid there should be a few laughs in the incredibly serious and intellectual James Bond films.

Agreed we dont need an Emo Bond, why has everything now got to be metrosexual, lets leave the angst to the women and let Bond be the alpha male again.

Come to think of it, that James Bond character isn't very realistic. They should get rid of him too. Oh, wait a minute. They already have. :P

Wow, those are really strong words. Of course I agree with you on CR, but at least we have the other films. I watched CR only once, so my soul was left moore or less intact

O, btw, I just noticed, I've been promoted to Lt. Commander, can a zero zero say wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee? :)
