As Benny said, you can have an AI villain or a period setting, but not both. Personally, I think we've seen enough satellite-mounted lasers in the Bond series. Mission: Impossible may have done AI, but Bond hasn't.

Even A/C only goes so far in those sorts of temperatures. Cooler than outside, but still hot.

Another Broccoli underling Billie EYE-lash made a fool of her demented self again at the Grammy awards Sunday when she said "NO ONE IS ILLEGAL ON STOLEN LAND". Well, it turns out the demented moron who looks like Wednesday Addams in her rancid attire was unaware of something: Following this speech, critics on social media pointed out that her own residence—a mansion in Los Angeles—is situated on land historically inhabited by the Tongva tribe. Critics challenged her to "give back" her estimated $14 million mansion if she truly believes the land is stolen, leading to the viral narrative about her house being on "Indian land". This clown and the rest of the Hollywooodnicks should learn once and for all to shut the hell up because "NO ONE CARES WHAT THEY THINK"!

Not a good sign at all, it's the dialogue that sets Bond apart from his peers. Sure it may be a bit cheesy at times, but without it Bond ceases to be and becomes just another action figure no different than any other.

Of course it's all hearsay, one set of anonymous "insiders" against another, but this version sounds more plausible to me. Studio heads don't typically get involved in casting decisions, let alone their wives.
