Broccoli has a TARZAN and JANE complex with Cr-egg, where SHE is Tarzan and Cr-egg is Jane :!: It's been the most logical explanation for this farce since day one :!:

That's a good question, and I can't think of any possible answer that wouldn't also apply to Pierce in 2005. He's popular with audiences? So was Pierce. The studio would rather stick with an established Bond actor than take a chance on a new one? Then why wasn't Pierce in CR? The "Craig is sleeping with the boss"argument favoured on this forum has always seemed horribly sexist to me, but it's the only one that makes sense at this point.
Honestly,I'm not so sure that the general audience is so taken with him. He recieved such a backlash in 2005 it's hard for me to believe that audience now absolutely loves him. From what I've heard from casual movie goers the ones who like him usually say stuff like "I love these new edgy and dark Bond movies the ones I've seen before are for little kids."

As for sticking with an established Bond actor, that would hold some water if an established Bond had any star power,a certain charisma that would make people watch any movie he's in. Needless to say,it's Daniel Craig we are talking about here.

As for him sleeping with Barbara,as you said,it's the only explanation that makes sense at this point. But if those rumors I've heard about Barbara being with Timothy at the time he was Bond are true then I wonder when did Barbara lost taste in men?
maybe Dalton spurned her, ruining her the traditional bond looking men for her.

Honestly I don't expect to hear anything other than we love Craig until he is replaced.
I think fassbender hit the nail on the head Craig is old his style of bond is old. They will probably still sell tickets but I'd bet a new bond would bring a lot of people in to check it out

Michael Fassbender rules himself out of the running. I'm sure it won't stop people suggesting him, though, any more than it did when Idris Elba did the same thing. http://www.denofgeek.com/uk

I think he would have made a good Bond. But if he doesn't want the role, then that's that.

It's Turner time or bust as far as I am concerned unless there is an unknown out there we have not yet seen.

I'll wager that Trump will be at least a far more entertaining president than boring Secretary Clinton. Even if he pushes the red button, at least he'll make us laugh. :cake:

I think he will try to be a great one but we shall see. There is NO outside money pulling his strings.

No, you got it all wrong, it was Hillary Clinton who wanted nuclear war with Russia, not Trump.

Star Trek Beyond did poorly and the franchise should be ended now.

Trump traveled under my radar, haven't looked into him. Can it be true that he really is not part of the 'elite'? That would be historic. :cake:

I just got followed on Twitter by an actor named Stuart Glover, who claims to have appeared in DAD. I checked the cast list on IMDb, but didn't see his name. Anyone know who he is? I'm assuming it was a "third spear carrier"-type role.

Robert Vaughn, who starred as Napoleon Solo on “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.” from 1964-68, died on Friday of acute leukemia, his manager Matthew Sullivan told Variety. He was 83. He sat alone next to my table at a New Jersey comic-con convention 3 years ago and only ordered a dish of 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream with the check at the same time. He said hello to us and others in the bar restaurant before he left.
