Well, then you're clearly shirking in your sacred duty to ensure that this film is a critical and commercial success, no doubt invoking the frankly pathetic excuse that you don't have any control over how people react to it (unlike Barbara Broccoli, who is magic and can control the minds of anyone apart from the people on this forum, who are mysteriously immune).

What are we now? The Sisterhood of Karn?
I like Pierce, I enjoyed his 007 and occasionally enjoy his movies. At the moment he is experiencing a great after Bond career. Frankly it's a career I'm sure Daniel is envious of.
Putting in so much personal effort to make The November Man Pierce Brosnan's revival, best movie, huge box office, as a form of revenge for how Daniel got the role and Barbara set about dismantling her family's legacy. I don't know, to me, it puts to much importance on EONs Bond to ever move past it.
The movie may not be any good. Of course as is pointed out it may be good for what it is supposed to be. I'm not sure if the books the series is based is worth making a movie out of so it could be a triumph of movie making over source material.
By the way guys Serenity is a prime example of low budget movie and high acclaim. The low budget excuse for bad reviews I feel is weak.
However there is a fair point that genre films suffer critics wrath more often.
I seriously hope Pierce's movie is a fan favourite and he gets to make his own mark in the spy genre. I can't get too excited about a movie no release date for the rest of the world with the exception of Bucharest.
Honestly I'm slightly surprised there was early screenings for it. Many small productions like this forgo the press screening. Good on Pierce for doing it right with a proper opening and screening.
