The U.S. imports more than 90% of the shrimp we eat—1.3 billion pounds in 2011 alone. Much of this shrimp comes from farms in Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Thailand, where shallow pools are often overloaded with shrimp, paving the way for nasty diseases that can destroy entire colonies. And get this: Only 2% of all imported seafood is tested by the Food and Drug Administration. Shrimp Shocker: With shrimp densely packed in shallow ponds, overseas aquatic farmers often dose them with high levels of antibiotics and pesticides—including ones currently banned for use in the United States. In fact, investigations have turned up carcinogenic antibiotics like nitrofuranzone in shrimp at levels nearly 30 times higher than those allowed in food by the FDA. And you can’t count on the government to keep these toxic shrimp out of U.S. grocery stores: According to a 2011 Government Accountability Office report, the FDA tested just 0.1% of imported seafood for chemical residues.

Why not? After all, Indy was inspired by Bond. Plus, I still like to see him work with Spielberg, but it doesn't have to be Indy.

I used to love sea food but all the pollution makes me stay away, it all come from china usually at lest the stuff I see here. I hate to think hoe polluted Chinese waters are

The 50th anniversary of Kennedy is coming up hard to believe it was that long ago, we have lived with it in our consciousness for so long it seems current when you first learn about it. We;ve all watched him die experiencing the horror of that moment. IF it hadn't been video taped maybe it wouldn't of had the effect it has on us as a nation.

JFK may have died 50 years ago but as a nation we are still experiencing it.

My thought for the day

Who knows if he would have been re-elected in 1964? He suspiciously won in 1960 due to voting chicanery and Nixon got shafted. His iconic status was more brought out for his untimely death, not any great accomplishments, except for: "ask not what your country can do for you.......ask what you can do for your country". It seems Oh-bama and the Democrats of 2013 are light years apart in theory from Kennedy's beliefs. Kennedy could never be elected today as a Democrat. He would be ostracized now by them. Joe Dimaggio blamed him for Marilyn Monroe's death. The entire assassination supposed plot and sub-plots leave doubts in everyone's mind who experienced that era. MLK and RFK followed in sequence. The 1960s were a rough emotional decade in the USA with Viet Nam and Woodstock part of the chaos.
