Way to copy/paste.
I could be 12 like you and copy/paste my rebuttal in the other thread, but I'm not.
I'll make it simple... compare the realism in CR to the realism in DAD. Most of what happened in CR was pretty d**n realistic. In fact, most of what you said is in fact pretty realistic.
Why did you keep babbling on about Die Another Day? This isn't a Pierce Brosnan forum. You are more obsessed with him than The Sweeney. And yes, Casino Royale was like watching an Ingmar Bergman film. It was brilliant. Should have won twenty-seven oscars. They should destroy the prints of all the previous Bond films so that the memory of Daniel Craig swimming in his pants remains unsullied in the minds of everyone everywhere.

Well from looking at the homepage, it seems that this website is obsessed with PB and bitter over the fact he was replaced.
I'm not obsessed with Brosnan, I'm just trying to point out that Craig's Bond was much better than anything Brosnan ever did with the role with GE the only movie that came close.
CR was brilliant. Not deserving of 27 Oscars like your annoying sarcasm would indicate, but certainly better than anything we've seen in a long time with the series.
In your opinion. I don't know if you are aware of this yet but other people have different opinions to you!!
Well, my opinion seems to be shared by about 97% of Bond fans, critics, the BAFTA nomination committee, and apparently the general public who has contributed nearly $600 million at the box office. I'm not sure if you noticed.

I only mention Brosnan because he was the last actor/film-type to compare CR and Craig to. DAD was probably the worst film ever made, and so the fact that CR took the series into a different direction has to be applauded. Hence why I draw comparisons to Brozza and DAD.
Or did you love DAD and want more of the same for CR?

DAD was also very successful at the box office.
It wasn't very successful with the critics though, was it....
And because it was a BO smash, does this mean you like the film?
Die Another Day was received quite well by "the critics" if you look at the reviews at the time. There is normally lots of goodwill towards a Bond movie, especially from British critics.
Interestingly, lots of those critics who normally say "are they still making this s**t" when a Bond film comes out liked Casino Royale. Mark Kermode said the action scenes were "humane" and that "you felt like someone was in danger" which is a little bizarre as those action scenes were (in my opinion pedants!) standard generic crowd pleasers seen in any other lowbrow action film.
But then Casino Royale was for people who don't like Bond films! Was it for people who liked the "Fleming Bond"? That's another argument!

Which earlier post exactly are you referring to? I have not seen an earlier post in this thread which clarifies whether you like DAD or not.

Do you only reply to this thread? Are you not aware other threads exsist on this site?
I'll take it that you've failed to read or have not lodged my other posts on this site in your memory.
In answer to your question DAD is one of the worst Bond movies ever IMO.
