Hey, if you could let us what the theaters are like stuff like how much tickets cost. China is fascinating to me, such a huge population, such a integral part of the modern marketplace and now such big part of the movie industry.

Ett some good food but not insects. EA, if you bump into Ale on your journey say hello. She has also taken time off from all of this trash being spewed by the head mistress in charge at Eon. Visit the great wall and throw stones at it in protest of Cr-egg being Bond :!:

In keeping with FBF's brilliant other franchise themes, I have switched to a Dallas avatar in honor of one of my favorite all time television shows which is still being produced next season, number 3 on cable, on TNT. Bond just does not cut it any longer. If Nolan is involved with both Superman and Batman, will he be involved on the Justice League film with both Cavill and Bale aboard? Would that film be as popular as The Avengers superheroes?

Batman and Superman, or should I say superheroes are nothing more than jokes, now. All this struggling, mumbling, groaning, depressing things are not what makes a hero a hero. What Nolan did with Batman was intolerably torturous. The pre-Nolan Batman movies weren't any good either. They were nothing more than spoofs, much like the 1960s TV show. The only Batman media that impressed me was The Animated Series and its successors by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm, and Batman: The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller, in which Timm voiced Bruce Wayne's father. That is how you do a superhero movie. It's the same reason I hate Cr-egg's flicks. Emotionally unstable protagonists disgust me to the core. That's what Nolan's Batman was, Superman will be the same. The DC Comics needs a reboot, again, entirely new direction, new views, new perspectives, and please, for God's Sakes, MANLY characters.

Man of Steel sold more advance tickets this weekend than the #1 film, The Purge, sold in actual tickets. Sorry, BJ, I think your prediction of under $100 million opening weekend gross is going to prove as accurate as all your other predictions on this forum. Though The Purge only grossed $35 million, so that's not guaranteed.

It's just me perhaps, but I never ever take a look at Marvel movies. Don't ask, mate. Just deep personal reasons. The only Marvel product that I admired a lot was GI Joe. I liked the first film, I have yet to see the second one, but I've never read the comic books, but my friend Glorious England has all the GI Joe series, he knows them all.

Was Hellboy Marvel? IIRC, the comics were published by Dark Horse or one of the other "mini-majors".

Was it? Oh, sorry, I was confused. I didn't like it, anyway. But, I do like Dark Horse comics. They didn't sell out like the modern day Marvel and DC Comics.

Yes, it was Dark Horse, though I read the reprints in the Judge Dredd Megazine.

Now, we're talking. Judge Dredd is literally awesome. I'm not gonna lie to you, I've been introduced to Dredd through Stallone's movie, but then I checked out the 1970s comic books, and I find the original source material even more awesome than Stallone's movie. Here's me hoping that there would be a Dredd/Robocop crossover, I wish. By the way, has anyone seen the new Dredd movie? According to the critics, it was a good movie, but I don't listen to critics. If anyone has seen it, then tell me how is it? Is it worth watching?
