Michael G Wilson, the James Bond producer, was speaking at a culture industry seminar during the Games and said Eon Productions will have no qualms about replacing the franchise’s latest star should Skyfall, the next film in the series, prove to be the rugged actor’s peak.
Recalling the decision to axe Craig’s predecessor, Wilson said: “Pierce [Brosnan] was well-liked and the grosses were going up. But we knew we had to change things before they started to taper off. Bond is the star. He is bigger than any actor that portrays him.” Now they are talking our language and I for one am elated MGW has come out of hibernation, right FBF?
Why are most Mattresses Fire Retardants Harmful?
Though the new regulation is intended to provide fire safety, it has produced a new health risk due to the use of hazardous chemical composition of most flame retardants. Most major mattress bands treat their sleep products with hazardous and cancer-causing toxic chemicals in order to acquire the anti-flammable property necessary to withstand the two-foot thick open flame blowtorch test.
The regulation does not mandate the labeling of chemicals used in fireproofing; manufactures are free to use any and all chemicals including those that have yet to be tested for hazardous side effects.
Ironically, the National Flameproof Mattress regulation allow physicians, including chiropractors, to prescribe fire retardant free mattresses for patients should they conclude that the health risks posed by toxic fire retardants will interfere with the patients' well being. Fire Retardants should be eliminated from all mattresses Senator Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey says, " America's system for regulating industrial chemicals is broken. Parents are afraid because hundreds of untested chemicals are found in their child's body." Many parents bring their newborn or toddler into their bed, unintentional harming their children. The EPA and the Agency of Toxic Substances and disease registry does claim that, " children do differ from adults in their susceptibility to hazardous chemicals, including carcinogens and neuro-developmental effects of the fire retardants commonly used in baby mattresses"

Wow this and the return of Skywalker! A day to be long remembered
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.
The end of Cr-egg and Oh-bama in a span of 4 days in November? Hopefully BOTH will happen and the USA can reset itself as well as Eon and replace trash with proper people.
Favorite Bond Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible, Kingsman: The Secret Service and The November Man or any upcoming actioners starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good since it will help him expand his reputation as an actor especially in the action realm)
Favorite Movies: Star Wars Indiana Jones Star Trek The Dark Knight Trilogy Harry Potter Middle-Earth The Matrix Mission: Impossible The Mummy Jurassic Park Godzilla

If that's the case, then there should be no reason to cast this critter as Bond. Since our friend shaken is a gamer, he knows what this is.

Times are a changing Sweeney. The fact the intellectually hibernated MGW even hinted at a possible replacement goes a long way. DC has zero other projects lined up. Why? Because the Hollywood elites have finally caught up to this forum's senses and have realized that DC is a detriment, not an asset any longer, to Bond. He's yesterday's news and will quickly fade to oblivion, right FBF?
I've heard that Craig was signed on to do a fourth Bond film for 2014, but then I've also been hearing that he could be replaced soon, so it's difficult to tell what the truth is. We'll just have to wait and see how things play out after Skyfall.

I hope Bond 23 ends up being a disaster (LTK type at least if not John Carter type) both critically and financially.

Most people I've spoken to here in the UK thought Craig was the best thing in the Olympic opening ceremony.
Sorry BJ but I think that stint with the Queen has done his popularity wonders. If ever there was a popularity boost, that was definitely Craig's moment.
Come Skyfall, I think Craig's failing career outside Bond may turn a huge corner....
Sweeney, whatever it is you are consuming can you send it over here to the USA? This crumb's career is OVER, not ascending. Are you kidding or serious? His films are box office poison for studios. They are done with him, Queen or no Queen.

I hope Skyfall will do more poorly than Quantum Of Solace, but as for a Licence To Kill type of reception, that's very wishful thinking I'm afraid. Daniel Craig has more going for him than Timothy Dalton when it comes to critical praise and marketing hype, unfortunately.
The trailer WAS the movie. They had to give away the crux of the film to get people interested. Once in the theaters, people will be quite dismayed at the stale, copied, tiresome, retreaded plot, except perhaps the Sweeney and his buddies.
It does seem the talk about replacing Bond is more hypothetical than Craig specific. Still, it was MGW who raised the idea of Craig doing eight movies, now he's saying don't be afraid to replace your actor.

Is it just me or Bond 23 is trying to be an improved version of DAD. Attacked on MI6 HQ, Bond's fake death, Walther PPK that can only be used by Bond. All of that shown in the trailer.
