The movie with the Ape in it, That's C&A right.
In his latest Interview in the uk every other word is swearing, from Craig. you'd think an actor would have a better use of language.
He's a Modern "Mongo", his research for C&A was watching westerns, In that case I've been researching being a cowboy all
my Life as I was raised watching John Wayne movies.

Craig's swearing in pretty much every print interview is his M.O. for life.

Probably one of the strangest "romance" films, but Hitchcock always had a thing for very quirky couples.

Indeed peculiar, like every Hitchock movie. Never banal. Though this isn't one of my favorites. I'm very familiar with Marnie, seen it multiple times, like I've seen most of the well-known Hitchcock movies, thanks to my parents. My parents have always had great taste in movies, so I've been seeing Hitchock, Bond and Billy Wilder ever since I was a toddler. And no, I didn't get scared (other than for "The Birds" which was far too freaky, and for Goldfinger I saw it the first time when I was around 3, and the henchman with the hat cutting heads off freaked me out )

Marnie was a great movie Like many I always wondered how Hitchcock would of done a Bond. As i think North by northwest has the feel of an Earily Bond film.

Then of course the Bond movies added totally different elements, but it's undeniable that certain scenes from North by Northwest have provided Bond with material.

Didn't Fleming himself say that NBNW was his idea of what a Bond film should be like, back before DN had actually been made?

That's very Interesting Kristatos, I've never read that before about Fleming liking NBNW, It's nice to know we had the same good taste in Movies.
Also Like the Bond series The score is very important to the feel of North by North West, and it's score is Fantastic, Brilliant music.

I'd never heard of The Change-Up before this weekend. It seems to be an attempt to plough the same furrow as other R-rated comedies such as The Hangover and Wedding Crashers, so I think it's less a case of Hollywood not paying attention to what people want as not knowing what they want. The other movies I mentioned made a lot of money, so it doesn't seem unreasonable to think that people would want more of the same. Evidently, however, they thought wrong.

James Bond actor Daniel Craig has recently admitted he believes the script for the latest Bond film is far better than Casino Royale.

The Cowboys & Aliens actor said he was excited to reunite with Road to Perdition director Sam Mendes for the upcoming Bond 23, where he will be reprising his role as secret agent James Bond.

During an interview, the actor told Cowboys & Aliens director Jon Favreau: "I think it's a great choice because Sam has a fervour and energy to really direct a Bond movie, with a capital B."

Cubby wanted Cary Grant but he knew he would only sign up for one film. It was David Niven that Fleming thought would make a good on-screen Bond and of course everyone knows he was not a fan of Connery until actually seeing his performance.

As for Catwoman... Where are the ears? I thought after The Joker and Two-Face that Nolan was loosening up on his more grounded depiction.

In July 2011 it was reported that Naomie Harris had signed to play Moneypenny, and that Bardem and Fiennes were definitely on board. At this point (late July 2011) none of these stories has been confirmed by the producers.

He is on contract for four films after Casino Royale (5 Total films), this being his third. He is definitely on board for Bond 23, despite rumors that he would walk and be replaced, and has voiced his enthusiasm for the role.

I saw that interview video. Craig also said the next film will be more of a classic Bond film than the last two, which I guess is a given since the Bond Begins arc was put to rest with QOS.

That's a bold claim though. He better be right about it.

Is that true? As far as I know he only got the usual contract: Three films with an optional fourth, which has been the typical Bond contract since Roger Moore's tenure (with Dalton's having been expired).

So we're in for another "B" Movie then.

I find it funny on some other forums they have defended Craig for so long they can't be seen to back down and Lose Face. Even when,
He's said QOS was cobbled together, Marc Forster has said he was disapointed that QOS didn't turn out the way he wanted. So for
months the defenders of craig have made excuses about, Brilliant script, camera work use of angles, a fantastic modern take on the old Formula, When
infact the whole thing was mess from start to finish. Although None of his Fans will admit to it.
To get the real story we'll have to wait untill he brings out his Memoirs, when a few People I think will get a surprise on what he really thinks about Bond.
I've a feeling many Fans are going to feel hurt.

I think the best thing to do is to give Bond more practical gadgets than trying to top what came before and what people in general already have.

Go back to the kind of gadget shown in FRWL. Doesn't have to always be a fancy gizmo.

What we get from Craig everytime he talks about it is a litany of things that "Bond Can Not Be", No humor, no gadgets, no fun, no to anything that made Bond work for 40 years. The problem with the current series is Craig is calling to many of the shots. Where the f**k are the producers?

Well at least Mendes does a bit more research than Craig.
