I don't think he's that sort of mod (though I was, in my younger days - sadly, I no longer fit into my 3-button Italian tonic suits).

Get out!! I did "the mod revivalist" thing in the 80's myself... a few scooter runs and some late night Villains concerts... Being a chick, I never had a parka but I still have a few winter mufflers that have The Jam on them!! Fun stuff. I'd love to see pics if you have any Kristatos.

As for benny's moderating skills, he's been very reliable and quick at the switch. I'm quite pleased with his increased presense and abilities at MI6.

Don't think I have any good pics of me in my mod gear. I don't like being photographed, and try to avoid it wherever possible. I don't think I've ever seen a photo of myself that I liked.

Define the highlighted area please. I've always been confused when you say that. Just because someone makes many posts does not mean they are compromising their principles.

I mean, certainly, there are many who post a lot more than others.... but isn't it the quality of the post that matters? Some posters post quality in small amounts and others have a lot to say and participate in many threads.... some are just more social than others. Isn't it better to add to a conversation and keep the thread and forum lively than, I don't know, to, say, post rolling eyes all over the place? I dunno, I'm asking.

Not all 00's are spammers. And no one is rewarded with 00 status based only on post count. It's a combination of many things. You know that.

Are you referring to me actually in that first statement? I'm not pushy anywhere.

As for spamming. Of course there are a lot of spammers... and Brown would admit to that too... But he was not rewarded for it. I never said there wasn't spamming going on. I only said that rankings were not based on post count alone. Which is a fact here and at MI6.

I don't try to tell anyone anything... If I want to tell someone something I just do it. I was fortunate to have several members give me a helping hand when I first joined that forum and I do the same for newcomers. I think you must have me mistaken for someone else.

What status? My behavior has never changed. I have never acted or pretended to be a mod. But most forums, including this one enjoy a bit of self regulation. The mods are volunteers and cannot always be there. It is expected that every member behave according to the terms and conditions of the site (and I do understand that they differ from site to site which is perfectly acceptable). Even very new people have been known to tell someone when they are breaking those conditions. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

You have yet to give me an example of when I was out of line. Let alone enough examples to state that there is a pattern of behavior.

I suspect that you are saying these things here and openly in order to leave some negative impression on the other members here. I should hope that anyone reading your statements would have the good sense to make up their own minds based on facts and check out my posts here and MI6 to know what kind of person and forum member I am.

I think we've gone off topic quite enough and if you wish to discuss this further with examples, you may do so by pm. But I ask once again that you state facts, not wild accusations of behavior formed only in your own mind.
