Dallas belongs back on in the summer. It does not need to be against prime time network first run shows. MP, will you be glued to your tv Oscar night watching Adele win for her Bond 23 dirge as she thanks the green vegetable and her lackluster sibling for the wonderful chance to write and sing the winning song? I know FBF will be watching other things. It's a done deal. Get ready to react............... Best Original Song

You're not the only person to say that TNT should have saved Dallas for the summer.
I won't watch all of the Oscars..I'll check in from time to time to see what's winning what.I'm not rooting for any one movie this year.

Doesn't necessarily make him Khan, though. You coud just as easily argue that John Harrison is really Sherlock.Blowfeld wrote: Last preview (I've seen) Kirk asks him who are you? His answer is superior, goes on to say he is superior in everything
Joking apart, IIRC Khan was one of a race of genetically engineered supermen. Maybe Harrison is another member of the same race.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Entertainment Weekly is now saying he is Khan. Not sure how reliable that information is.

Nicholas Hoult said he would like to replace as DC as Bond. He couldn't do any worse than DC. But sorry Nick. I would love to see you play the part, but that role should be played by Sheamus or those in the likes of Idris Elba.

"Idris Elba is the current bookies favourite to succeed Daniel Craig, but the star has been advised not to talk about it because it might turn off producers.
The 'Prometheus' star told GQ: "It's a rumour. And, I have to tell you, if the producers of Bond thought that I was self-campaigning, it would be such a turn-off," adding: "I'm flattered, obviously, but I've been advised to just pipe down about it."
He added: "Apparently, Daniel Craig said I'd be a great Bond. Daniel, why did you say that? Dropped me right in it! What an honour it would be, but also, what an indication of change." (This is why we can all give up on this franchise and just enjoy westerns and OTHER franchise films. The mere fact that this nonsense is being circulated as any possibility reeks of total destruction by Broccoli of the classic franchise. IF this ever occurs, Sweeney will be our number one supporter of Broccoli bashing, right Sweeney? EA, your thoughts IF this travesty ever occurs?)

Either Sheamus or the likes of Idris should take over as Bond.

Daniel Craig and wife Rachel Weisz are to star in a play together.
The couple - who married in a surprise ceremony in June 2011 - are reportedly in secret negotiations to star in a production of Harold Pinter's 'Betrayal' on New York's Broadway.
The play, which was written in 1978, uses reverse chronology to tell the story of publisher Robert, whose wife Emma - who runs an art gallery - is having an affair with his friend Jerry, a literary agent.
It is not yet known who is being touted for the role of Jerry.
According to the Daily Mail newspaper, 'The Graduate' director Mike Nichols - who presided over last season's Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's 'Death Of A Salesman', which starred Philip Seymour Hoffman and Andrew Garfield - is wanted to helm the production.
The play would mark Rachel's Broadway debut, though she previously appeared in a critically-acclaimed version of 'A Streetcar Named Desire' in London's West End in 2009.
The same year, Daniel took to the New York stage with 'Les Miserables' actor Hugh Jackman in 'A Steady Rain'.
It is unclear how long 'Betrayal' would run, or when it would begin, but the 44-year-old actor will be required for pre-production on the 24th James Bond movie next year.

Nicholas Hoult was so great in About a Boy. A bit young for Bond yet, though.

Blizzard starting here in NYC area. Anywhere from 6"-18" of snow depending on where you live. Boston will get hit much worse. Gas lines already occurring for those panicking about power outages.

We had quite the snow storm today, and now I'm aching from having to constantly go out and keep shovelling. It was just relentless. The worst part is when the d*mn snowplough guy comes and puts a ton of snow in front of the driveway just when you're almost finished. To add insult to injury, he even had the nerve to smile and wave as he drove by!

Horrible weather. Hope everyone stays safe

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

Dame Shirley Bassey is to perform at the Oscar tribute to James Bond, which shows that you should be careful what you wish for. Babs has dreamed of the Oscars for so long, and now that she's there, she's going to find that they're honouring her father's legacy as much as hers, the legacy she's worked so hard to destroy.
