Wouldn't dream of it. Most of Hollywood's recent Animated offering are lack luster and ill conceived.

So obviously there has been no boycott this time. And most of the boycott nonsense came from the previous dcinb site.
But even with some mixed reviews I've not heard a single mention of this site or the fans who dislike Craig. You'd have thought a mention would have occured somewhere.
Seems like the press and general public alike have forgotten about the whole affair.
The box office numbers that are coming in from the areas the film has been released in are quite impressive. The UK in particular. Knocking Harry Potter off the top spot. Wow.
Wonder how it'll fair stateside? I know many of you believe it will fall by the way side rather quickly. But don't be so sure. I think QOS is out to impress the general movie going public. Bond fans who make daily or frequent trips to forums such as these are fairly few in number. Though Bond fans or people who will watch a Bond film regardless of actor seem to number in there millions. I don't know many people who wont go and see QOS. Whether they like it or not remains to be seen. It cant come soon enough for me.
Something tells me I might like it. But you may be surprised. The review will be posted in due course.

I'm just having fun with him

I give you respect because you don't push your agenda to the extent that some pro-Craigs here do.That's a good quality.

Nash, nothing is inevitable and Sony has enough concerns to move it around.

The UK has always bee paydirt for Eon, the rest of the world is far more discriminating. Taking or leaving Bond depending on whatever. Sometimes nothing at all.

The US market is problematic for Craig and Sony knows it.

This concept of a non-intellectual,violent, renegade Bond with no fantastic gadgets to assist him bugs me to no end. Craig's tangential connection to a true Bond film is a disturbing turn for the franchise, and it is almost unrecognizable now. Listening to MGW recently state that "Craig is the best actor of his generation in the UK, if not the world", is idiocy beyond belief. :x :x :x

This praise baffles me, he is wooden, has no charisma, mumbles his dialogue. I guess if you tell people a turd is a gold bar people will start to believe it :x

Despite whether Bond fans on the internet like or dislike the current Bond format,
the worldwide general public has been visiting the multiplexes in huge droves to see QOS.

Early figures have the BO take for QOS this weekend at a mind boggling $106,500,000. :D

Total BO to date:- $160,300,000

UK drop-off in 2nd w/end was less than was predicted, down about 40% to $15.1 for a total so far over $50 mil.

Drop-off almost on a par with CR, which dropped 36% in GBP comparison.............though now i expect QOS to decline
quicker than CR over the next few weeks in Blighty!

Next w/end should be another $100+ gross (US+Int)

AB

ps: approx $23 of that total has been contibuted by me :D

There's aleays a drop-off 'Katied' unless the films named 'Titanic'

Its just it was less than expected for an action flik.......though as i mentioned i would expect the drop-offs from now on for QOS to be bigger than they were for CR.

Not long now to see QOS in US!

QoS is looking all set to beat CR at the BO....just as I predicted!

So, Bj. Still confident that this will not do as well as CR...?

There's still some way to go 'Sweeney'.........next key indicator will be the BO opening in North America!

........it also doesn't help that the dollar is so comparatively strong!

Anyway the BO so far is fantastic :D ..........and should ensure we will get Bond 23. :D
