I imagine SP will finish somewhere between $20-25 mil in Japan.

The Japanese stormtroopers will be flocking to see SW7 soon!

Outside North America, it grossed $11 million for the weekend of December 11-13. It's pretty much done everywhere.

I think it was $12.9 million overseas last weekend. Good riddance :!: Now what will EON do? Firstly, a new distributor deal. Secondly, a new director. Thirdly, a new Bond or maintain Cr-egg for more audience punishment?

I can't seem to find the post with everyone's predictions in it. Who won? I know it wasn't me.

Well, you was the first to go 'Kris :) . Its between me and 'Omega', he predicted $850 mil, and i predicted $875 mil.

As i've said before 'Omega' is the favourite at this point.

Currently as of this weekend SP is on an estimated $836 mil worldwide, so film is still chugging along, and look likes it may just pass the $850 mark, before the end of its run, but the film could of done so much better, if the script to the film had a more joyous engaging story, just look at the latest SW film, to see what can be achieved, if care and time is given to a film.

SPECTRE grossed just $6.4 million from 92 markets overseas this weekend and only $1.4 million in the USA. It's basically done.

Yeah, a few more million might trickle in over the next couple of weeks, but I think it's safe to say that the final total will be closer to Omega's $850 million than EA's $875 million. No way do Sam 'n' Dan get their share of the non-existent profits.

Currently down to 4th place in Japan, with a 3rd weekend gross of $1,090,321, down 53% from last weekend. The Force Awakens made nearly 10 times that amount. Total worldwide gross last weekend is $7,357,255, roughly half what the latest Alvin and the Chipmunks crapfest grossed in the US and Canada alone.

just a week to go for the first part. Who knows EA may be closer if it keeps trickling in until the DVDs release

Looks like ea wins sp $850,150,000 unless it totally stops dead before New Years

Yes, SP is a little ahead at this point than i thought it would be, and the next holiday week upto, and including NY, will add a few more $ mil to the total.
Just need the film to edge over a total of $862.5 mil, for me to win the competition, and collect the prize, though no one has told me what that is yet. :)

Not sure if SP will reach $200 mil in N.America, though the film is doing pretty good for a film that is playing at only 372 theaters.
