Two shows in, not sure where this series is going. The series so far is decent, nothing really great, nothing truly bad.
Althou Spoiler
the Doctor murders a man, yes the the slime had murdered a race of people still the Doctor normally doesn't play a direct hand in these things, usually the bad guy greedy for life make the one decision that will end it on his/her own not the Doctor directly taking chance out of the equation
"Those were the days when we still associated Bond with suave, old school actors such as Sean Connery and Roger Moore,"
"Daniel didn't have a hint of suave about him," - Patsy Palmer
Favorite Bond Movie: The Living Daylights, Licence To Kill, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, From Russia With Love, Tomorrow Never Dies & For Your Eyes Only.
Favorite Movies: American Mary, Deadlier Than The Male, Dracula, Saved, The Big Sleep, The French Connection, Under The Sand
The Eleventh Hour, The Beast Below, Vctory Of The Daleks & Vampires In Venice have been my favourite Smith stories so far. The stories of series 6 and 7.0 have not quite matched the ones I listed, but I still like Smith as The Doctor.

Last weeks episode (Hide) reminded me of Sapphire & Steel
My ratings so far;
7.6 "The Bells of Saint John" underwhelming
7.7 "The Rings of Akhaten" interesting but missing something
7.8 "Cold War" Excellent
7.9 "Hide" Very good thoroughly enjoyable

So, what did we think of the ending of The Name of the Doctor then? Lots of theories out there, the one that I tend to favour is that Spoiler
John Hurt is a "missing" incarnation of The Doctor, who appeared between Paul McGann and Christopher Eccleston, got involved in the Time War and wiped out both Gallifrey and the Daleks. That's why The Doctor never mentions him.
"He's the one that doesn't smile" - Queen Elizabeth II on Daniel Craig
Matt Smith is leaving, regeneration this years Christmas episode
