With $1.864 million on Thursday and a new domestic haul of $229 million, Skyfall has overtaken The Bourne Ultimatum ($227.5 million) as the highest-grossing spy genre movie in domestic box office history.
Previously, Skyfall climbed past Mission: Impossible II, Austin Powers in Goldmember and Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol to join the top five over Thanksgiving weekend.
