Could still be the same guy. He goes by a lot of different usernames, though you can always tell it's him after reading a few posts by him.

I'd prefer to see Daniel Craig return as Bond, because I feel it's a risk to change Bond actors to often. They should make at least 3 or 4 films during their tenure.
That's a good idea. But, there will be a 4-5 year gap at least between Quantum of Solace and the next Bond picture which changes everything. Also, Daniel Craig's two movies made up a young Bond arc which has ended with the disappointing Quantum.

I think Eon would do very well with a old fashioned Bond movie and a fresh actor.
'She looked sharply up at him. 'And who might you be?'

'My name's Bond, James Bond'.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same person.

I took a look and I don't think it is. For a start, there are a lot of people saying things like "maybe EON should hire you, you're a good writer". No-one would ever say that to Scojo. In fact, on one writing group I belong to, "Scojo dialogue" has become shorthand for the worst sort of leaden, stilted dialogue.

Well, for all the people that were telling Shadow he was a good writer, there were plenty telling him he was full of crap.I doubt that will bother him much, though.
