Totally. Would marry him on the spot. Let's do it! And let's also have Danny De Vito as Felix Leiter. Wouldn't he be wonderful with Sadowitz?bondnotblonde wrote:I feel that jerry sadowitz would make an excellent james Bond. with his darkly cruel good lucks and rougged handsomness, not to mention his sexy Scottish accent..he 'd have all the bad guys quaking in their boots and the the female villians changing sides in no time! yes, he'd ahev to cut his hair but is it just me, or can others see how exciting this could be? I'm nt sure if his height 's up to scratch, but in all other departments, the guy is virile, sexy and "physical". Also the fact that he's a bit of an "unknown" lends itself to the role of the enigmatic charismati spy. (Wasn't Sean Connery relatively little known befoe he took on the role as the super sleuth?). Also, he's in the right age bracket. He's certainly dreamy to me! Girls..are you with me on this one??

LMAO Droopy. Gotta love him. He can kick ass and look imperturbable while doing so, that's definitely a Bondian trait.

Does anyone on this forum know an emaill address for Barbara Brocolli? let's do this! After all..a walk begins with a single step..and who knows? She may think the idea wonderful too and wished she had thought of it herself! perhaps we should phrase the question carefully...make her think it is HER idea..and just think..we'd get a no nonsense james Bond with a rugged handsome scottish "brrr" just like the good old days of sean connery. in fact, i KNOW connery and i'll see if he can put a word in. Finally, can I just say...CRAIG CHARLES IS NOT BOND!!! he is blonde for a start!!! During the fight sequences for example, its hard to see which one is Bond. Also he talks in the most effeminate voice, complete with effeminate pursed lips. at least with sadowitz, you can BELIEVE he's Bond...girls would love him and villains would treat him with respect. come on girls! (and guys!) let's DO this!

pretty sure if we had Babs's email we would have a few words to send, and sadowitz wouldn't be the first one of them I guess something like "Your poor father is rolling in his grave" would be more like itbondnotblonde wrote:

I have to admit that after QOS. I did email Eons office with an idea of them selling the film rights to another company as they had seemed to of lost the plot. I didn't get a reply

Would it be possible to stage some sort of intervention and have Barbara put in an institution of some kind?

I agree and understand your frustartion and anger. BUT....the way to persuade women to do something is always to make them think that its THEIR idea. Let's get Sadowitz on the table..he's a "near unknown", He's Scottish, he has all the ingredients that makes for a classic Bond. Let's SUGGEST it to her, and see how we go from there. Agreed?

Of course it's possible. Just watch Alias. I will be Syd Bristow, who puts bad baddie Babs away007 wrote:Would it be possible to stage some sort of intervention and have Barbara put in an institution of some kind?
UHM hold on a sec. Because I thought you were CLEARLY being sarcastic about this guy given he's as ugly as sin. But this makes it sound as if you're serious. If you're serious, just know, my answers were totally and completely sarcastic. As I said, with him as Bond we can have Danny De Vito as Felix Leiter. Same level of class and good looks.(none).I agree and understand your frustartion and anger. BUT....the way to persuade women to do something is always to make them think that its THEIR idea. So if this is sarcastic sure. If it's not, uh no. (also, to simplify your task, you just need to click on the "quote" button when you're quoting other people and then write after that... that will give the proper format to your posts )
The only suggestion I want to give Barbara is HENRY CAVILL. She knows him, he was the last one standing against Craig for CR, was deemed too young. After Bond 23 he better be the one. But since suggestion with her doesn't work, brutal force is the only way.

I'm not being sarcastic when I say - as a sock puppet- that Sadowitz would be a great choice! Bond has become dull as dishwater, but you can never accuse him of being that, can you? Plus he does card tricks, so it'll give Bond the chance to show off in a casino without the aid of a stunt double. It is high time we saw a superspy in a top hat.

Re: Your choice for Bond in Bond 23
Henry Cavill's a vaccuous looking troll..he looks like an x factor runner up..no, let's propose sadowitz!
By the way..i'm not being sarcastic..but I think De Vito would make an EXCELLENT Leiter, or super villain come to think of it. He has an intensity and a believable personna when he's not doing out and out comedy.
I will take issue with you however on looks. If looks is a priority for anyone on this forum regarding Bond..then sadowitz surely has it in spades!! Don't forget how plain Connery looked before they put him in a suit and took him off to the barber's. And who can forget Lazenby's long hippy hair stylr before he had it cut for the Bond role. Many of those who I have spoken to have said that sadowitz's looks are PERFECT for the role..the right brooding charisma that is ideal for jumping off ships, high speed car chases etc. he would bring total believability to the role.
All we ask is Barbara's email address..lets run it up the flag pole at least and see if anyone salutes!

My choice for Bond in Bond 23 is Daniel Craig....................though what i say doesn't matter, as he has already been hired for the film.

I'm unsure... Cavill looks like a troll and Sadowitz who is ugly as sin is fine? I think I've lost all the logic of this. My suggestion about De Vito was clearly sarcastic as he wouldn't fit the role one tiny bit, just like that horrid Sadowitz guy wouldn't either.
007, how's the plan to put Babs away going? Because we absolutely need to put that in action
