Re: Tom Hardy
He doesn't scream Bond to me.
Though to be fair I haven't seen him in anything.
Just doesn't have that Bondian look. I could be wrong, but I'm not usually.
I jest...I jest.

Wasn't he in Star Trek Nemesis. If so shouldn't that disqualify him.
Bale I don't think would be a good as Bond. But then look at what we are told is too perfect now

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

Are you kidding me? Thanks to Batman, I can definitely see him as Bond. On the other hand, he's too well known now.Bale I don't think would be a good as Bond. But then look at what we are told is too perfect now

It was a crappy movie. Not being very serious about it. He was pretty good for his part better than the Nero in the new Trek.Kristatos wrote:Why?Dr. No wrote:Wasn't he in Star Trek Nemesis. If so shouldn't that disqualify him?

Re: Tom Hardy
Tom Hardy looks set to appear in another much anticipated movie that gets released in 2012...no not Bond 23.SHH wrote:Tom Hardy will play “a key role, not saying good or bad,” and to shoot down reports that he’ll resurrect The Joker by including unused footage of Heath Ledger’s performance in the previous chapter. “That’s all wrong,” said the writer-director, who’s also producing the next Superman movie, for Zack Snyder to direct.
The Dark Knight Rises.
Re: Tom Hardy
And the remake of Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy with my boo Benedict Cumberbatch. *sigh*

Any of you resistance who plan give $10 to see Bond 23 shall be thrown to Azkaban or be subject to a dormentor's kiss.

Terrible movie. And the news that the writer is penning the script for Bond 23 fills me with dread.FormerBondFan wrote:Speaking of Nemesis, I happen to own it on DVD with this edition.

Logan wrote Nemesis. Good writer but still not good enough to save the movie.

Tom Hardy looks to feminine to play Bond.
He doesn't have a Bondian look.
