Craig was great, in my opinion, in Casino Royale, but Connery is still the best. When Craig has finished his tenure in two or three films time, I'll look at him in regard to all his films.

Only the fact that they were both down to earth and somewhat realistic.

Obviously they haven't read The Man with the Golden Gun or You Only Live Twice (or if they have they haven't picked up on how much Bourne "borrowed" from Bond). Bourne used alot from Bond, both the books and the films.

lol, I don't see it, he's 3 inches too tall (as apposed to being only one inch to small with Bond), he has the wrong colour hair and he doesn't have a Charlie Chaplin mustache.

I thought they got rid of the Commander bit for a vague forces background. The SAS is alluded to in the film but not confirmed. If they didn't then the idea of Daniel Craig being a Royal Navy Commander takes some swallowing. That's like accepting that Roger Moore was a cleaner in a Tesco depot. htt...
